Welcome to “Simple Serenity”. Family, friends and outdoor enthusiasts, this condo is waiting for you. Whether you're visiting Branson for vacation, golf, sports or lake life, this location is close to it all. Located in a gated community on Ledgestone golf course and minutes away from Silver Dollar City, you're not far from any attraction.

The CONDO:

Once inside you'll be welcomed by a FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN with all of your cooking necessities.. A 3 BEDROOM, 3 BATH layout that comfortably SLEEPS 8 will serve you and your guests. The MASTER BEDROOM features a SHOWER and JETTED TUB. The 2ND BEDROOM has a QUEEN BED and attached TUB/SHOWER COMBO. Bedroom 3 has 2 QUEEN BEDS and features its own SEPARATE ENTRANCE. It also
includes a MINI-FRIDGE, MICROWAVE and TUB/SHOWER COMBO. You will also be able to enjoy a WALK-OUT SCREENED-IN PORCH with views of the 13 TEE-BOX.

STONEBRIDGE RESORT:

Take comfort in your safety with 24 HR GATED SECURITY. There are 3 POOLS at the resort with one a short walk from the condo. All pools are outdoor and open Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend. The 2ND POOL is located at the clubhouse which also features an EXERCISE ROOM and TENNIS COURTS. The clubhouse also houses LEDGESTONE GRILLE and the ProShop. The 3RD POOL is a zero entry pool
and is located at Forest Lake, a large pond inside StoneBridge with a PAVED WALKING TRACK around it! Other amenities at the lake include SAND VOLLEYBALL COURT, BASKETBALL COURT “1” goal and a PLAYGROUND AREA

**Please Note: Beginning January 1, 2026 Stonebridge Resort will require guests to check in at the Welcome Center and pay $7 per vehicle/per day for your stay. Failure to check in and pay the fee at the Welcome Center will result in denied entry to the resort.**

We booked with this company on Vrbo. We liked the location and the price. This would also allow enough bathrooms and beds for the entire family. When we arrived the bathrooms all had black water. This was coming from the sinks and the tubs. The water was unusable while we were there. When emailing the office they apologized and said no problem was found when they arrived.

We love the overall setup of the unit. We had 6 adults and 2 kids ages 5 and 7. Everyone had plenty of space. Never felt cramped. Great overall experience.

Stay was okay. Didn't know until i made reservation that the condo wasn't street level, it is lower level, 17 steps. Take blow dryers with you. They only had one blow dryer. Be sure to take coffee and filters if you drink coffee. Take ice with you, ice maker not hooked up. Beds would have been more comfy with a mattress topper.. i wish i had taken my own pillow. Had to contact maintenance because lights outside door one burned out other was very dim. Hard to see numbers on code in the dark. Other than minor things, it was fine.Terri Thomas

Simple serenity

Everything was just as promised. All was clean, and decorated for Christmas. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom king bed was a bit worn. Everything else was great.

Great Trip

The area was excellent, felt safe. The condo was wonderfully decorated for Christmas, nice and roomy and loved having 3 bathrooms with all of us women. We take a yearly shopping trip, with all women, and this was a great place. Enjoyed eating at the Ledgestone Grille and not having to wait in a 2 hour line.

Enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay at the property. Plenty of space to spread out with adequate bedrooms/bathrooms for our family. Made use of fully stocked kitchen, bbq grill & screened porch. However, king mattress was not super comfortable- the sheets on it need replaced immediately, as well as ALL bedroom pillows in the condo-they were all very flat. Otherwise, great stay!

Nice, but make sure you take your own toilet paper. One of our bathrooms had the role that was on and one extra role. The other two bathrooms had a half a roll on, and no extras at all.

Nice but not very clean

The condo was nice and spacious for my.family of ten. Comfortable stay. I rated a three for cleanliness due to the floors were filthy. Our feet were black walking bare footed. The one bed looked like aomeone slept in it. We had no extra toilet paper and ran out on our third day. And one toilet would not flush. Only had two bath towels in one bath. Close to all the fun things to do in branson and silver dollar city.

Beautiful!!

The property and views were beautiful! The condo was in mint condition and perfect for us. The only thing is there wasn't enough hot water to use the jacuzzi tub. After one person took about a 10-minute shower we were out of hot water. Please check hot water heater. The stay was excellent though!!

Wonderful Branson Condo

We love Stonebridge Resort in Branson! The area is beautiful and has easy access to Silver Dollar City. We were disappointed to find out the the restaurant at the clubhouse is no longer open evenings. We were planning on doing dinner there while we stayed. Condo was nice. Plenty of space and beds. It was clean and had necessary amenities. Be careful if you have little children; there are lots of decorations and things to touch. Luckily our children are getting older so it wasn’t a problem. Overall, we would stay there again!

misleading information on the internet

i found this place on vrbo when i looking for a condo to sleep 9. i needed a condo with no stairs whatsoever. i even talked with someone to make sure their were no stairs. then we arrive at the property and it has 14 stairs. i called the property to discuss my concern. of course, it was on a Sunday so i got an answering service and they said they could not do anything since the office was closed. He did inform me that the property was fully booked and they could not help me and to call back on Monday. I called back Monday with my concern/ complaint. i was informed that it stated there were stairs in the arrival instructions. i was told this property had no stairs. They did nothing to accommodate my family and I. I am very disappointed in tbat part. The lady i spoke with was not nice at all.

Great property as long as nothing goes wrong

We had no problem finding the property and it was as described. Having teenagers in our group, the first thing they did was hunt for the WiFi instructions. Unfortunately, the network described in the instructions did not exist, even if you typed it in manually. After several attempts, we gave up and the book and sign on the door said to call if you had any “issues.” I called three times, left a message with their answering service, all three times was promised someone would return our call. Three days later, and we are now back home, and STILL no one has returned my phone call. Seriously? I’m just thankful we didn’t have a real emergency like no heat or water because clearly Sunshine Rentals doesn’t respond to calls from people who pay to stay in their rentals. If someone had responded this would be an ideal VRBO for a small family in Branson.

Close to Everything but Away From Everything

So, this was a very neat place as it was away from the busy hustle of Branson traffic but yet we were just minutes from Silver Dollar City and even getting into Branson for various other attractions was really easy and didn’t take long. Branson West was literally just around a few corners. We really enjoyed this property compared to others we have stayed at over the years. Will definitely look it up again in the future. It was very clean and tastefully decorated.
