Stay and Play in our family fun, pet friendly condo. If you are looking to explore during the day and relax with some fun when you get back, look no further!

With three bedrooms and four bathrooms, there are plenty of sleeping options and space for everyone!

-KITCHEN-
The kitchen features granite throughout, stainless appliances, fully stocked cabinets, and don't worry about the coffee, spices, and oil - we have that covered too! Oh and did we mention the AWESOME Belgian waffle bar?!

-DINING/LIVING-
The dining and living area provides ample seating. Pull up a chair for dinner or break out a game for some friendly competition around the table. Tired from a day of adventure? Snuggle in to the large, cozy sectional and pull up a movie on the 65'' 4k tv!

-DECK-
Don't forget to enjoy a sunset on the extra large back patio which features plenty of seating for relaxing, eating, or watching the big game. Complete with a wifi outdoor projector, electric grill, and DID I MENTION THE MOUNTAIN VIEWS?!

-BEDROOMS-
When you are ready to rest your eyes, there are three bedrooms to choose from. Two master suites feature King beds with en suite bathrooms and walk out patio doors. They each have bench seating which doubles as a kids bed. This is a great place to sleep a child that needs to be close by.
The third bedroom features a queen bed and twin bed with pull out trundle.
All bedrooms have tv with streaming capabilities, USB chargers on each bedside table and a sound machine to help quiet any outside noise.

-BATHROOMS-
All 4 bathrooms include a walk in shower, granite vanities, fresh linens and complimentary soaps. A foldable bathtub insert is provided for our infant and toddler guests.

- Laundry-
For your convivence a stacked washer and dryer is available in the unit so no need to pack extra clothes! We also provide laundry detergent and stain pre-treater.

Want to skip the grocery store after a long day of travel? We’ve got you covered!
Place a grocery order through your favorite delivery service (like Walmart or Instacart), and we’ll have everything stocked in the fridge and pantry before you arrive—at no extra cost to you. Contact Heidi, our property manager, about scheduling this great FREE service!

Pool Access Options for Your Stay:

We want you to have the best possible time during your stay — and that includes cooling off and having some fun in the water! You have two great options to pick from:

Option 1: Complimentary Day at the Branson Aquaplex (Stays of 2+ nights, Memorial Day thru Labor Day only)
We’ll cover admission for your group to enjoy a day at the Branson Aquaplex — a local favorite with a large outdoor pool, water slide, diving board, and splash zone perfect for all ages. It’s a great way to beat the heat and make memories!

Option 2: Resort Pool Access ($50 Fee)
Prefer to relax at the resort pool instead? You’re welcome to do so anytime during your stay for a $50 pool access fee (charged by the resort). Let us know your preference and we’ll get everything arranged!

-Stairs-
This condo requires stairs and is on the lower level. You’ll go down a small set of stairs off the parking to a landing, the next set of stairs to get to the front door has 18 stairs total. Once inside the unit, it is all on one level.
