Pools and hot tub may temporarily close for maintenance—resort staff is quick to address

It was a very nice place to stay. Everything was clean and had all that we needed. Kristy was easy to get in touch with and responded promptly. Even though we didn’t meet in person I could tell she was respectful and was very helpful. The view of the lake was awesome sitting on the back porch. My sister and I both enjoyed our stay there. It was so nice just to visit and we could have meals delivered without having to get out and fight the crowd. Loved it.

We arrived first fewvdays of October while it was still almost summer-like! Was able to sit outside in the screened in patio.....with a beautiful view of the river and woods. So peaceful. Love the location and the accommodations!

Beautiful location

We loved everything about this place. The location was amazing and right on the lake. There’s a beautiful hiking trail directly down from the condo. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch. The hostess communicated quickly and was accommodating to our needs. This place went above our expectations and we look forward to staying again.

Comfortable setting

This place is located on a beautiful spot on the river/lake. We had lots of room to relax. The beds were very comfortable. The condo is furnished with all that you need. I would definitely stay here again .

Pleasant and relaxing

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo was exactly as described. Neat & clean with comfortable beds. We spent a lot of time on the screened-in deck watching people fish on the banks and from the boats as they came by. So pleasant and relaxing. We would be pleased to stay here again.

Short Getaway

Everything was as described in the listing and shown in the photos. It was perfect for our family of 4. Check-in was a breeze and we had no issues during our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked.The noise referenced in the listing is legit. We’ve stayed in many condos over the years and this is the first time we’ve been able to hear every footstep and conversation of our upstairs and next door neighbors. Overall, it wasn’t that big of an issue since our kids are older but could have been problematic if we had little ones with nap and sleep schedules.

Great Place!

This was the most perfect place for our family to stay while on Christmas break! The kids enjoyed the patio, walking down to the river, walking down the trails and even played on the playground. Check-in was super easy and the place was clean and neat. We’ll definitely be back!

Christmas 2024

Great location and beautiful view from back porch. We're a bit older, so the low height of the toilets and living room chairs weren't as easy to get ip from! Also, the outside heating unit fan ran constantly right outside the bedroom window. No soap of any kind to shower with in either bathroom...so had to purchase some. I honestly would return, but not with my husband a best friend! I honestly

Extremely clean and beautiful water view oasis

This condo really feels like a home away from home. The condo is located in a prime location with a water view off the living room and master bedroom. There is a trail right down the street to access as well. This condo was extremely clean and smelled nice. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. There are plenty of towels and storage in the bathrooms. The bedrooms have nice sizes closets. If you book this condo, you will love it!

Thanksgiving Getaway

Kristy’s place was exactly as advertised. It was very well kept. The beds were wonderful, and the little cartoon deer sheets made my stay!😁 Sitting on the back balcony and staring at the river was relaxing—if you’re a birdwatcher, this is the place for you! All amenities were as advertised. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at several different Taneycomo lakefront condos at Pointe Royale over the last 15 years, so we are familiar with all of the good/bad. This condo was decently clean and it provided basic comfort /amenities for our stay. It appears the owner is trying to update it as they are able to....with some things simply in progress as they state. The condo still has old/original furniture and decor that really needs to be replaced and updated....two older and barely functional green swivel chairs in the liviing area...dining table/chairs are very outdated. Washer.Dryer really old and barely useable.. Bathrooms, especially, primary bath...very outdated. Toilet had to be plunged several times in primary bathroom (yuck) The price was reasonable and the location cannot beat. But...they really need to update and improve a great deal to compete with other waterfront condos avalilable there. Hope they can invest/improve this condo and bring it up to par!!

Excellent stay in Branson

We had an excellent time in Branson checking out the fall festivities. Kristy was very responsive, friendly, and helped answer a couple questions for us. This place is located right on the river and has great views from the screened in porch and primary bedroom. A great little trail is just feet from the front porch. Our family had a nice time tracking down it and getting some nice photos. The beds were very comfortably and everything we needed was supplied. The playground is very close as well. We ran out of time to check it out, but if you have little kids it will come in handy. Overall is was excellent experience all around and I can easily recommend this place.

Taneycomo Fall Trip

Listing matches exactly as described. Playground nearby for the kids with pleasant views of the water. Property was used as a combination of family/fishing time. Easy to sneak away and be on the water in minutes. Also a short 6 minute drive to the dam to fish the trophy waters. I would recommend others to stay here.
