Very cool 6ft Water bubble cascade in condo, 6ft 6in wooden giraffe. **See our video on picture #3** 120 West Rockford Dr. There is a small lake/pond that you can fish in and a beautiful view of golf course right out the patio door. Three king beds (two in the master bedroom and one in the first bedroom) and Sleeper sofa with a queen size pull out bed. The Master Bathroom has Luxury Jacuzzi tub. Remote controlled fireplace in the master bedroom.

18 hole golf course available with club house and restaurant. The largest game room in Branson with ice cream ( waffle cones)! and hot sandwich bar. Tennis court , outdoor pool, ping pong, fuzball , pool tables , and many arcade games. Exercise room . Local grocery store, Pizza World Quiznos and across the road. Five minute drive to Downtown Branson and The Landing which has many wonderful restaurants and many ,many stores for shopping.

Ten minute drive to Branson strip to enjoy all the local entertainment and attractions. Very quiet gated community and patrolled by security. Bring your family and have lots of fun and make some awesome memories. Come and Enjoy!!!

Our stay was wonderful. Everything was exactly as described and there was plenty of room for everyone. Clean and comfortable and well stocked with all the amenities you need. Check in/check out went without a problem with an easy key code and instructions sent in advance. The property was an easy 3-4 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go, yet traffic friendly as far as Branson goes. We were extremely happy with this property and will definitely stay again!!

The king beds were comfortable. The best I have slept on in a condo. The condo was clean and Nick communicated with us from the day we booked. I recommend this condo and owner 100 percent , everything about this condo was great.

Girls Weekend

Second year here and always comfortable and roomie for all of us. The location is perfect and easy to get to all our shopping places without having to deal with a lot of traffic. The complex is also very nice and quiet. Will be staying again!

The beds are very comfortable. We had 5 people and had plenty of room. One bathroom had double vanities that was wonderful for having 5 women staying. The only negative was the condition of the lift chair material was peeling and looked like it came from a thrift shop.

Great Place to Stay

The owner always responded to questions very quickly and provided all check in information, including detailed directions etc. in a timely manner. The Condo is in a very convenient and nice location. The resort is nice. It's a bit of a bummer that they no longer give access to the indoor pool, but that is a resort policy and not the owners fault! If it's summer, there are outdoor pools and there are so many other things to do we didn't really miss it. The condo itself is very very cute. Well kept, comfortable beds, LOTS of room, LOTS of cute litte details (the kids loved the massage chair and bubble machine). It was clean and lots of extra pillows, blankets, chairs, towels etc. Well stocked with dishes and utensils in the kitchen. Beautiful view over the golf course. The location is very convenient to everything and nice to get away from the bustle of "downtown". We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great location

There was 7 ladies all together, We were in Branson for the Women of Joy conference. Loved the location of the condo from the convention center., no horrible traffic, easy in and easy out to and from. Beds were very comfortable, and loved the bigger vanity area in the larger bathroom, it allowed for us all to get ready each morning. Hoping to book it again next fall!!
