Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin-over-twin size bunk beds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #5 includes 2 twin-over-twin size bunk beds, a smart TV, and a retro arcade game table.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a walk-in property. Entry to this home is accessed on the first floor.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• 4 parking spaces are assigned to this property. Please do not park in parking spaces that are assigned to other units. Vehicles in violation may be towed at the owner's expense. If additional parking spaces is needed, please reach out to our Guest Services team after booking.

• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 20 lbs, may be brought to this home.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

• Portable crib and high chair available.

• Long-term stays allowed.
