The stay went well and the office staff/maintenance was very responsive. We did have a handful of small things that were overlooked prior to our arrival. The fireplace was not working (was fixed), the fridge froze up (fixed), it rained and had a slight leak from roof into kitchen, pee pads were placed under sheets in upstairs bed, outdoor lights were not functioning

Cabin was decorated nicely. Check in was easy except we had to cross 76 strip to get to the welcome desk. We enjoyed the screened in deck at the cabin. The bedrooms all had tv's and there was wifi. The pool was located across the 76 Strip so not convenient for us to use. Kitchen had enough utensils. The air conditioner and hot water heater went on the blink and HVAC technicians came and fixed them in about 1 1/2 hr. It was nice, but not what we expected. Grandsons were disappointed that the pool was not easy to get to. They didn't get to use it.

Very clean and pleasant place!! Enjoyed being close to everything, discounted tickets, and prompt service if anything was needed. Nice comfortable beds and rooms, plenty of space for our family of 6- 2 couples and 2 teenagers.

Great cabin experience!

We've been to Branson many times, frequently staying in cabins. Our needs this year, with nine adult extended family members, required a truly great cabin with plenty of room and amenities. Our choice, this one, absolutely met all of our needs and wants... and then some.

Cabin in the heart of Branson

We have stayed at this cabin a few times now and have always found it to be very pleasurable. From the close proximity to the strip, shows, restaurants, and outlet mall, it is wonderful to be able to have home base be less than 15 minutes away from almost anything in Branson. We checked in after hours and had no problems. No issues with the cabin, everything in working order. We did have a WIFI issue and a shower door issue during the stay, and we communicated that to the property manager. The WIFI was fixed within 10 minutes of reporting and there wasn't anything that could be addressed with the door. Certainly will be back and appreciate the convenience, cleanliness, and spaciousness of these cabins.

Cabin stay in Branson

We really loved the cabin. It fit all of us perfectly. the grandkids which is 2/3 loved the turtle game in the basement. The only thing I would request. There was only 2 trash bags left. We stayed there 5 nights with 8 people. We had to go buy more trash bags. I would suggest to leaving alot more than that in the future. Then as we were packing up to leave. the cleaning person walked right in the door at 9:30. I suggest they ring the door bell first or wait until 10 at check out time. He said he was sorry. so no big deal on that, but should check first.

Great stay

I took my girlfriend here for a Christmas getaway and we both loved the cabin. The Christmas decor was beautiful and the rooms were nicely laid out. We took advantage of the beautiful fireplace for many hours. I just wish the fireplace had a longer time.
