A dining table for four sits nearby for shared meals or a relaxed game night. The living room offers a comfortable place to gather with a smart TV, a plush couch, and two chairs arranged for easy conversation or movie nights. Step outside onto the private deck and you’ll find one of the condo’s most charming features—a table for two set beside the gently flowing creek, creating the perfect spot for quiet morning coffee or a peaceful evening drink surrounded by nature.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• Please note that this home does not offer laundry facilities, however there is a coin operated on the premises.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking passes required.

• This home is a main one level walk-in unit with no steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools, hot tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

• Portable crib provided.
