No pets allowed in this unit. The property is part of Pointe Royale HOA with community quiet hours. No smoking. Note there are stairs to access the unit (8 up, then 14 down to the front door). Trash disposal available in dumpsters located in the parking area. Ring doorbell outside front door. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.
