Couch could use updating, wasn't very comfortable but we were only in the room about 2 hours a day (other than sleeping)Condo is in very good shape, amenities were great. We would stay again.

Pool is really nice but did have to drive to pool as condo was down a big hill. Otherwise worth the money. Got to watch ducks and geese in the mornings.

Clean, quiet with scenic golf course view. Enjoyed pickleball. Outdoor pool would have been nice on 90 degree day, but realized it wasn’t open season.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. Nice, quiet area. Our condo was very clean and nice. Nice little touches like a guest book & note from owners. We would stay there again & would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, quiet retreat.

We like staying in the Pointe Royale complex, the area is close to everything in Branson, but is a quiet neighborhood. It was warm enough the first day to sit on the patio & enjoy the view. This condo is on the bottom floor, so just a few stairs to get to. While we didn’t cook this trip, the pans & dishes looked new & in good shape.

Nice Branson Condo

The property was nice and clean. Not far from many attractions. We did go to Cheeky Monkey and had a good time. We would stay here again if needed.

Cozy and clean!

We just had a short trip, but our stay was great! It was very cozy and clean. We visited silver dollar city and downtown Branson and this place was located great for both places. Fresh cookies on the counter were a great touch ;) we will definitely be back!

Good place to stay !

The accommodation were great and the location was perfect , view was wonderful , but the bed when you laid on it , you felt like you were sloping down ward , we had to lay at the other end to sleep , but other than that it was a great stay !

Wasn’t amazed with our stay, but it did alright. Could use a deep clean (dust bunnies, shower and shower head needed a good scrub) and the bedding needs replaced (seems to have been washed too many times as there were fuzz balls all over the sheets). I noticed there weren’t pictures of the bathroom, so be prepared for close quarters. Check in was easy. The condo itself is in a good location.

The condo was exactly what I expected and perfect for me. The location of the condo was very good and view off the back was quite nice of two golf greens and a tee box. I would rent it again.

Anniversary Trip

Cute little small place for a weekend getaway! The pool, basketball court, and pickleball court is right up a hill. Could use new bedding but otherwise everything was great.

Best vacation ever!

We were SO happy here! Great place for the 2 of us and literally on the golf course! 10-15 min from all excursions, food, shows. We would love to stay here again. Quiet and serene and so clean! Idk why people complained about the bed it was very comfortable and all around the best vacation we have had in a long time. Looking forward to returning.

Along visit that flew by.

We had a very nice stay, the weather was very nice, we did a lot of neat things. The condo needs a little airing out. The mattress needs replacing. Other than that we had a good time, The refrig, stove, micro is great. The coffee maker is great. The pots and pans, and all utensils were very good. The washer and dryer were good. A worth while vacation.

4th of July getaway

Met the needs of our family of 4. There was no outdoor patio dining like pictures and description indicated but there was 2 chairs and a side table. I would not recommend the pull out couch for adults as my 8 and 10 yr olds complained of feeling the support bars. They did love the pool, pickle ball courts and other activities on the property.

Cute and Convenient

This unit was very convenient. We loved the back porch area where we could watch golf. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the unit’s bedroom was semi-underground. Due to this, the bedroom window faced the end of the stairs we walked down to get into the unit. The unit’s air conditioning unit was also right outside the window and echoed because it was boxed in with the stairs and cement walls. It was always dark in the bedroom, even when the sun would rise in the morning. It’s just preference, but I prefer brighter rooms. They do provide a sound machine to help with the noise. This bathroom is very small, which is to be expected with a one bedroom. The shower is nice. This condo met all our needs for this stay.

Great Condo

This condo is GREAT! We were in town for baseball games at Ballpark of America. We stayed in this condo for a full week. The location of the condo is 10-15 mins from all the top spots in Branson including the Ballpark. Several other baseball families stayed in the same complex with us and this unit was one of the nicest as not all units are as updated. This unit is nicely stocked with everything you need in the kitchen to cook, very soft towels, comfortable beds and large TVs in the living room and bedroom. We enjoyed the golf course view on the porch in the mornings and loved using the amenities of the golf club during the day!!! The club house has a good and reasonably priced cafe and bar inside as well as pool side! We enjoyed the pool, basketball court and pickle ball court. You can check out equipment from the pro shop, but I would recommend bringing your own if you have it as the pro-shop was not always open. We ended up going to Walmart and buying a basketball, so my son could play when the pro-shop was closed. Overall, great condo and great communication from the property manager. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect in every way!

We visit Branson at least once a year; consequently, we've stayed at a lot of places there. This place is something we would return to over and over again. Pointe Royale is a beautiful community and well kept. We enjoyed walking in the gated resort. There is access to Lake Tannecomo for fishing within the resort. It's quite lovely down by Lake Tannecomo. The entire resort is very quiet and peaceful. We are not golfers but anyone who loves to golf would also find this place a treat. The golf courses look pristine. The condo is easily within walking distance to the clubhouse, pools, exercise room, and on-site restaurant. The condo itself is well appointed and has everything needed for a perfect stay. The bed is comfortable and such a quiet area for non-disturbed sleep. The patio which overlooks one of the greens is relaxing for morning coffee (which is also stocked in the kitchen). The furniture is comfortable and the place is perfect for 2 people. The condo is super clean with nothing out of order. Nothing in need of repair. It's obvious the owners take great care of their condo. Lastly, owner's website which includes video reviews of things to do in and around Branson that are provided by via email are spot on. Even for someone who has visited Branson many times, the tips given for exploring Branson provided new ideas for us. I would highly recommend this property. It will not disappoint!
