Dirty!!!

The property was so dusty and dirty we had to change condos. Front desk people were very nice in accommodating the switch. Yet you can’t call the front desk. When you call you get connected to someone overseas. But the response time is about 2-3 hours after you call!!!!

Perfect location

Cabin was as described on line. Location was perfect! Close to everything but also tucked away for relaxing. Definitely our go to place to stay for next trip back to Branson.

Great location and family friendly.

Easy to get to and fits a family. Only problem we had was walls were thin so we could literally feel the cold air coming thru the cracks in the kitchen. Heat works well so it was comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to gather and visit. We would definitely come back when it’s warmer in Branson!

Nice but property needs attention

The cabin was nice for our family of 5 adults. The beds were very comfortable and the AC works great; however, the property needs some attention! We had to call maintenance twice to fix a running toilet, the floor tiles are cracked in the main floor bathroom so badly that the pocket door doesn't shut completely and is hard to slide open, it wasn't well-stocked with toilet paper so we had to go back to the clubhouse to ask for more, the decor needs updated (still had a Christmas tree up in August), and most importantly the floors were filthy! The tile and carpet needs a deep cleaning.

Cabin in the woods

The cabin was not as the pictures showed. It was far from being clean, the carpets were filthy and I’m not sure it had been dusted since the cabin was built. What was said to be a cabin in the woods was more a duplex surrounded by lots of other duplexes. This was probably one of the dirtiest places I have stayed at. I expected more from a place managed by Thousand Hills.

Very nice cabin. The rooms were large and the bathrooms were amazing.

My daughter and grandchildren and I love this place. Each morning we saw three deer are eating outside the window. The location was close to everything we wanted to do.
