Three bedrooms, two bathrooms – Over 1250 square feet. Waterfront at Rock Lane Marina.

The floor plan consists of one level -- Living room, Dining area, Kitchen, Back deck, Master bedroom (Queen), Bedroom #2 (King), Bunkroom (sleeps 4).

Why stay far from the marina when you can be right next door? Come sit on the deck and enjoy your morning coffee looking at the water! Gentle slope for easy walk right down to the water's edge. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Unit has a Queen bed in master with walk in shower and big jetted tub. View of lake from both the master bedroom and the bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed, and the shared bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The bunkroom has two bunk beds, for a total of 4 twin mattresses. All TVs have streaming devices, so you can sign into your apps (no cable). Everything you need is right on the resort grounds -- two restaurants (Rock Island Grill, and Parrots Pavilion Tiki Bar), marina with boat and slip rentals, swimming pool, and corn hole. Live music at the Tiki Bar on the weekends during the summer! All located on Indian Point directly on the lake! You won't find a better location than this one!

This Lakeside condo is the perfect destination to enjoy resort-style living at the marina. Outdoor enthusiasts will love in this condo's proximity to Dogwood Canyon Nature Park (23 miles), and Table Rock State Park (10 miles), where you can enjoy hiking, bike trails, swimming and much more! If its adventure you want, 2 miles down the road you'll find Silver Dollar City Theme Park, home to adrenaline-pumping rides, renowned concerts, festivals, shopping and a plethora of excellent dining options. Indian Point is a great area and super convenient to Silver Dollar City. It also has lovely views to Table Rock Lake which made it an ideal location for us. The unit itself is fine - in generally good repair but with some minor (but noticeable) flaws. For my part, the biggest negatives were that noise travels easily within and between units, and that the doors within the unit (and the balcony door) don't latch securely. The balcony is lovely, however, and the unit is bright and clean.Worth noting: the common amenities (pool/hot tub/game room) were not available while we were on site (mid-October) so plan accordingly if that's something you were looking forward to (like we were.)

Nicely renovated condo with lake views

Fully renovated condo on Indian Point. Love the location. Very close proximity to Silver Dollar City. The condo had a lot of room. We had two families there. The kids shared the bunk room. The patio had great views. The only downside is that the property is under renovation, so the pool, bar and restaurant are closed. Should be open by summer. Wifi is also a little dicey because it's shared between a number of units.

We went with two families for a quick weekend. The condo was just as advertised. Perfect for two families with multiple kids. Will definitely stay again.

Good for walking straight in. Parking lot on hill...no close parking. Difficult for persons with walking disabilities. The bunk room bottom bunks are on floor. The bunks are in "L" shape. Hard for older adults that might think of sleeping there. It was nice overall. There were some cleanliness issues. But we just slept there.

Nice Condo

We loved the condo, it was a great fit for four adults and three children. Great proximity to two pools and the marina. My only disappointment was I did email the property owner with a minor concern and never heard back.

Great value and location

Overall, we were very satisfied with this property. The location of the condo on the property is perfect. Not a far walk to docks/pools/tiki bar and ground floor walk-in access. All the amenities provided everything we needed. The only negative was the floor was dirty. It was swept and clear of crumbs but didn’t seem mopped. From the first day- our feet were always dirty. Other than that- everything else was clean and very well decorated and organized. Plenty of towels and space for everyone. We will definitely be back.

This location is perfect, drinks are expensive at the bar. Live bands on weekends! Place was pretty clean but I wouldn't say completly. (Sinks and bathtub had hairs) No open boat slips on property due to corps rules, not their fault. Loved the washer and dryer option. Overall we had a great time, it fit our 2 families (6 kids, 4 adults) comfortabley. Nicely furnished, extra bedding. Check out instructions were lengthy. View of water (patio) is blocked by trees unit 142, would have loved to be able to see the fireworks at night from silber dollar city.

Simple Get awar

Great access to Silver Dollar City, the pools are a quick way to end a day and the tiki bar area is great if you’re looking for a simple bar night. Bring a fan to get air flow into the bunk bed room it doesn’t have a ceiling fan and can feel slightly stuffy compared to other rooms . Host was super helpful with any questions and concerns.

Good view of the lake. Nice amenities. Loved that they provided ample supplies (trashbags, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc). The double washer/dryers were helpful too.

Nice condo, great location

We wanted to take our young grandchildren to Silver Dollar City and a few other "attractions" in Branson. This place was the perfect location. It also had a few extras that were nice (pool, playground, cabana with bar, beautiful marina, etc). Inside the condo was new and clean! Loved everything about it.

We had a great stay at this condo for our Fall Break. Location is very close to SDC. Condo was very clean and was as advertised. Nice view of the lake from the balcony. Easy access to the lake. We had plenty of room and condo had everything we needed. We were very comfortable. My family would stay here again.

Perfect Long Weekend Getaway!

It was perfect! We had a concert in the area and booked this for our group. It was awesome! The location was great in the off-season. You will definitely want to stay here if Silver Dollar City is your destination. Simple. Easy. Affordable.

Family Wkend on the Lake

The property location was great for us to spend a wkend on the lake. The property was clean and inviting, the property manager was very quick to reply to use, and the kitchen was well equipped for our family meals.
