Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was great. It’s super cute and perfect for my family of 4. The only reason I took stars off was because it wasn’t as clean as it could have been. There was poop in the toilet, the floors were not mopped, the blankets on the two beds in the guest bedroom smelled weird like they hadn’t been washed. When I went to use the pans for cooking, they had dried food on them still like they hadn’t been properly washed. The dryer’s sensor doesn’t work. I started a load and went to bed and the next morning it was still running and my clothes were scorching hot. Overall it was a nice condo, just needs to be thoroughly cleaned between each stay….The pool and hot tub are great. My kids really enjoyed it.

Everything was wonderful. The place was so cute and very modern. Full size washers and dryers and all appliances were full size and modern and there was so much attention to detail such as bows made from toilet paper and paper towels and the bathroom towels. I loved this place.

Condo was clean and very convenient that it was on the bottom level. Hot tub and pool was great also and we had so much fun at the resorts karaoke night! Only negative I have to say when I called about a couple things the gate keeper didn't know answers to my questions.

We have stayed at a few condos in Branson. We had two issues with this stay. First was minor, we didn’t know there was a guest check in that needed the building and unit number to get past the main gate, this info was hard to find on the website. The second is the reason for the 2 stars review. This is a multi-level building, the floor above us (our ceiling) squeaked so much in the primary bedroom we could not sleep. It was loud and sounded like someone rubbing styrofoam together right by your head. This wouldn’t have been such an issue but the person above us walked literally all night. We thought they left the second night, but the squeaking started at 8:30 pm and lasted literally all night. I do not know what they were doing. They weren’t running, just walking. It squeaked with every step. Seemed like they just paced all night. It only got a little better when I stood on the bed and knocked on the ceiling at 1:45 am the second night. I have a video can’t attach it tho? It was that noise constantly. All night. Both nights. I get this is a business… if I owned it, I could not in good conscience rent this to someone until that was fixed.We would have canceled if we were staying a third night. Had I know they were going to start again at 8:30 the second night I would have left early and stayed in a hotel but it was raining and too late to move the kids. We actually really liked the condo and the area. Just can’t roll the dice on the squeak to stay here again.

Cute and clean

The condo was very cute and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms had fans. Nice smart TV’s. We could hear talking outside late. We could also hear all the movement in the condo above us. All in all, we would stay again.

Weekend getaway

The property is as described and it was very clean. We stayed here with children to enjoy a birthday weekend getaway. We loved the gated community and enjoyed the indoor pool option in late October. The outdoor pool was large and would be great in the summer months. We found everything we needed within the home. My only caution is that we could hear the people upstairs a lot. I don’t know if it was a large group staying upstairs or if that is the normal. Their floors creaked and you heard every footstep day and night. I’m not sensitive to a little neighbor sound, but this was quite a bit. It didn’t help that they seemed to have people walking around up there from early in the morning until about 1am. Our kids even commented on it. Not really anything the property owner could probably control besides talking the owners above to see if there is a flooring/insulation solution. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

Great getaway!

The condo was great and well kept. We had plenty of towels and it was easy access. Overall everything was great and we had no issues throughout our stay. A couple things that could be added to the kitchen for guest looking for a “staycation” would be a can opener, a couple more knives, and maybe a crock pot. We enjoyed our visit and would stay again.

Great property and amenities

Besides a few dust bunnies the property was very nice and clean. The amenity card gave us access to the pool which our kids loved. The complex is on the ground floor which was nice we didn’t have to climb stairs. It’s also located with in about 5-10 minutes of everything we wanted to do. Lots of food options, shows and attractions just down the road. The gated community made us feel safe as well. We’ll definitely be back!
