The perfect family vacation escape! The Timber Point Lodge is close to the shores of Table Rock Lake along the popular and highly desired area of Indian Point! Timber Point Lodge is a four-bedroom, four full bathroom private lodge accommodating up to 16 guests. So pack up the family, hook up your boat and we will see you soon.







KITCHEN/LIVING/DINING



The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs--just bring the food. A Keurig along with a couple k-starter cups is provided.



The kitchen over looks the dining area and living room. Seating for 8 in dining room along with additional folding table & 4 chairs in closet for your use. The living room has a full size sofa along with love seat. Full size washer and dryer for your use. Smart TV's throughout/Cable along with free WIFI







THE PATIO/UPPER DECK



Level entry right off the covered patio. Your patio is only 10 steps away from the community outdoor seasonal pool and hot tub. Grab some steaks to throw on the grill(charcoal) while you watch your kids play at the pool or enjoy a cup of coffee while you watch the sun come up. You have an extra upper deck to enjoy or a great place to read a book. This deck overlooks the pool below and is right off the extra sitting area upstairs.







KING MASTER SUITES



Two king master suites with luxury linens are located on the main entry level. Giving those with difficulty climbing stairs an easy and comfortable stay. Both with private baths. One king suite features a tub/shower combo while the other king master has a step in shower. Both suites have Smart TV's







QUEEN SUITES



Upstairs are two nice sized bedrooms with 2 queen beds in both rooms. These queen suites also have their own private baths with tub/shower combo's. Both queen suites have Smart TV's







SECOND LIVING AREA/GAME ROOM



Perfect escape for the kids! Upstairs you will find an extra sitting area for the kids to watch their own movie, read a book or play a game of foosball. Also a electric fireplace is found in this space. Access to the walk out upper deck accessible from this area.
