Welcome to Our Happy Place in Branson, a beautiful condo minutes from famous Branson attractions. The home is tastefully designed with neutral decor and modern furnishings that are sure to please every guest.



The Space:

The main living area is open-concept allowing all guests to join the conversation. The living room highlights comfy seating, a Smart TV, and access to the balcony outside. The balcony with outside seating is the perfect space to start your mornings with a caffeinated brew in hand.



The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to whip up meals from home. A toaster, blender, and coffee maker are also available for your convenience. There is counter seating at the extended counter. Steps from the kitchen, a dining table seats 6.



The home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably between 4 lovely bedrooms. Each space is furnished with beautiful accents and luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.



On the 1st floor:



- Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a King bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite offers dual sinks, and a walk-in shower.

- Bedroom #2 highlights a Queen bed, and Smart TV.

- Bedroom #3 is decked out with a King bed, and Smart TV.

There is also a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo.



On the 2nd floor:



- Bedroom #4 offers a King bed. A shared bathroom is on this floor with a shower/tub combo.

The 2nd floor also features a second living space with ample seating and a Smart TV.

Upstairs family room has full over full bunkbed.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-This is a walk-up unit.

- There are unassigned parking spaces for 2 vehicles.

- A laundry room off of the kitchen is available for guest use.

- Guests are welcome to enjoy the seasonal community pool located in the complex.

- This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

Our Happy Place in Branson is situated in the heart of Branson, 10-minutes from the famous Branson Strip with music venues, restaurants, shopping, and activities that the entire family can enjoy! Historic Downtown Branson is 7.5 miles away and is a commonplace to stumble upon live music, a festival, or other noteworthy events. Table Rock and Lake Taney Como both offer hours of amazing fun for the whole family.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
