From golfing and enjoying the views from the patio off hole #1 to indulging in karaoke and relaxing in the pools and hot tub, there's something for everyone. And with additional perks like fishing, pickle ball, playgrounds, and the Clubhouse Bar and Grill, all within a five minutes walk from the Condo; guests won't have to venture far for entertainment. Plus, being centrally located in Branson means easy access to the area's top attractions, making it the perfect home base for exploring all the wonders of Table Rock State Park, Silver Dollar City, and the vibrant live entertainment scene. With the close proximity to Lake Taney Como, the property is also mere minutes from marinas, boat ramps, and a local man-made beach. Historic Downtown Branson is also less than 9 miles away for unique shopping and dining experiences. It's the ultimate vacation destination for relaxation and excitement!

Condo entrance is located on the 2nd floor of a three story building. Requires a flight of stairs to enter. We are pet friendly; dogs only, no pee pad, 60lbs or less, pets must be crated when left alone (crate provided), clean up after your pet, pet fee must be paid.

*Sleeping Areas:
Located on the first floor, bedroom #1 is furnished with a King-size bed, flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and powder room area.
Bedroom #2 also has a King bed and flatscreen tv.

Upstairs bedroom #3 has a Queen size bed and twin bunks. The loft area has two additional Queen beds.

There are two additional bathrooms, one near the 2nd bedroom downstairs and the other upstairs, both with shower/tub combos.

*Entertainment inside the condo:
High-speed WiFi for internet access.
Game space in the loft includes; mini putting green, large smart TV, Karaoke machine, poker table, multi-game arcade machine, wall games including Connect Four and magnetic Tic-Tac-Toe, Mini Basketball, Wall Hook Hockey, Wall Ring Toss, Bean Toss and various board games.
Wet Bar with beverage fridge.
Amazing people watching on the screened in porch as golfers tee off on hole #1.


THINGS TO NOTE:
The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Indoor heated pool and hot tub. are open year round.

- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the Pointe Royale Resort HOA. They do their best to keep all amenities working properly. The property owners are not responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.

A starter kit is included (3 rolls of toilet paper/bathroom, 2 paper towel rolls, several dishwasher and detergent pods, several k-cups, 4 coffee packs). Shampoo, conditioner and body wash and hand soap are provided.

Please carefully review the house rules prior to booking to ensure this listing is the right fit for your group.

We had a wonderful stay. We traveled with grandparents, young adults to toddlers. Everyone enjoyed the loft with all the games available. The beds were comfortable which is super important for the older travelers! The screened in porch has a nice view and place to sit and relax. We were able to enjoy food at the grill and use of the pool and hot tub! This had everything and more. Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful clean condo with all the amenities. We had a group of 7 (grandparents, parents & 3 kids). This condo was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. We watched the golfers & even saw deer and foxes! The lake, pools, restaurant are all within walking distance. The condo is nicely decorated and maintained. Also includes lots of games. Owners are very responsive as well. This condo is also the perfect location- close to Table Rock lake and the Branson strip.

Early summer getaway

This place definitely impressed and checked all the boxes! We took our family of five with some friends (also a family of five) for an early summer vacation. It was perfect for us! The upstairs area was ideal for the kids to have their own space. The downstairs bedrooms were a nice size and I enjoyed morning coffee on the sunroom patio overlookingthe golf course. There was plenty of room and space for all of us. Everything that we could think of needing was provided in the kitchen. We made a couple of trips to the pool/recreation areas. The kids loved the pools and basketball courts. I wish we had more time to spend down by the river. We loved everything about our stay and hope to go back to this place again!

Branson Trip

This place was awesome! We had 5 teenagers and 4 adults and plenty of room. The loft served as a great place for the kids to play games and talk. We sat on the deck and had our coffee l each morning and watched the people golfing. The area is quiet and beautiful. The place was very clean and the host responded within minutes when we had a question. The pool and area were clean and the entire area was well maintained. There is nothing negative to say- we loved it and hope to stay here again.
