Convenient keyless entry; your unique access code will be provided before you arrive. You have private access to the home, with the exception of a locked owner's linen closet and the 2 locked upstairs bedrooms.

No parties, events, or large gatherings
Primary renter must be 25+ years old
Dogs must be under 50lb, and be crated when left alone at the property
Rental agreement required to be signed within 48 hours of booking
If locked bedrooms are used you will charged $100 per night for each room used

Laundry: An in-unit washer and dryer are available for your use.
Security: For safety, an exterior camera is located at the front of the property and records when movement is detected.
Parking: Located in front of our Lodge with room for up to 3 vehicles.
We are located in the beautiful rolling hills of the Ozark mountains. Please be aware there are hills and winding roads in the area. Please drive carefully.
Accessibility: There are no stairs to enter the property. Both bedrooms and bathrooms along with the kitchen, living room and dining room are located on the main floor.
