This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



This home also includes an additional guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a first-floor walkdown unit with 20 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles. Guests will be given their parking passes at the gate.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Portable crib available.

• Long-term stays allowed.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum.
