Our cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo includes one queen bedroom downstairs and one queen bed in the upstairs loft. We have a full kitchen, and lakeside deck space with electric grill. A washer and dryer are included, so you can pack less and make yourself at home! Living room includes a leather couch and 2 recliners. Dining table for 4 included. Close to many eating options and a five-minute drive to Branson attractions. Enjoy your morning Keurig coffee on the deck watching the relaxing Lake Taney Como and embrace nature at its best! Our condo is a 2nd floor unit (1 flight of 16 stairs) with a main floor queen bedroom and an upstairs queen loft bedroom. All kitchen and bath essentials included. (towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets) We'll even include a few snacks and coffee pods to get you started! We're an easy five-minute walk to the Fall Creek marina for boating and fishing fun. You can rent a slip for your own boat as well. Nearby Table Rock Lake has a beach for water play. (warmer water than Taneycomo!)There are many nearby restaurants-and attractions for your perfect vacation! Note: we are a no smoking, no pet property. Condo is 859 square feet.

This was a cozy property that was a perfect stay while visiting Branson. You are nestled quietly by the lake with nature but still close to all the attractions. Home is stocked with coffee, tooth brushes, combs, shampoo, snacks, and water. There are games for the family as well. We really enjoyed reading about others stays and what they did in Branson in the sign in book. Host was amazing and communicated well with us to make our stay easy as possible and check in and out!

Wonderful place to stay for my friend and me. Clean in every way, great attention to details - I can think of nothing that I would change. I had the loft bedroom, oh so cozy and relaxing. Beautiful lake view. Fun to watch the boats and wildlife from the balcony. We highly recommend this condo!

The kitchen seemed fully equipped, but the placement of utensils wasn't arranged in the best area. We liked the outdoor electric grill compared to the mess of a char coaler easier to clean. A bulb was burn out of one of the lamps. You can see the water but no access to water at condo. Parking was very tight squeeze. most of the time we had to squeeze in on end of parking lot beside trash dumpsters. Well lit area for night time. Our condo had 2 rooms, 2 queen bed. Upstairs room open with balcony, TV & very small full bath, stand up shower. Down stairs room also TV, double sink outside bathroom.

Everything was fully equipped with what we needed for our stay, and if you are looking for a cozy water view condo, this is your place. The host was so nice and prompt with answers to our questions. The location was great, too!

The host is exceptional! She thought of everything to make our stay convenient and comfortable. The beds are comfortable with a lot of little extras like charging stations, hooks and catch all trays. The lake view from the deck is so serene and relaxing.

We had a wonderful time staying here. It's a convenient location with a beautiful view. Pamela was very responsive, and she has everything you could want stocked and ready for guests. If we return to Branson, this will be the first place we'll look to stay. The frog-pad theme was so cute too!

Convenient location, clean, charming condo with loft right on the banks of the lake. Sip your beverage of choice from the upstairs patio while listening to nature and letting go of all your stress. Plenty of room with both a downstairs bedroom and separate loft bedroom with an en suite which was convenient for our son.Communication with our host was above par, she was extremely helpful, and very easy to communicate with. While we didn’t cook any meals on our visit, the kitchen was stocked with all essentials. Definitely would stay again, we had a great time.
