  • Welcome to your new 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the beautiful Lake Taneycomo! Located in a serene setting, this property offers the perfect blend of modern amenities and natural beauty.

    As you step inside your 3rd floor condo (accessible by an elevator), you'll be greeted by a spacious living area that boasts large windows and abundant natural light. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living room to the dining area and kitchen, making it perfect for entertaining guests or spending quality time with family.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet space, making meal preparation a breeze. The dining area features a six person table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a meal with loved ones. Or you can open the sliding doors and take dinner outside to enjoy the sunset views of Lake Taneycomo.

    The three bedrooms are generously sized and offer plenty of closet space. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, complete with a large walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms share a second bathroom, which also features modern fixtures and finishes.

    The highlight of this condo is its stunning view of Lake Taneycomo, which can be enjoyed from the comfort of your living room, private balcony or master bedroom. Imagine waking up each morning to the sound of birds chirping and the sight of the sun rising over the tranquil waters of the lake.

    Keep in mind, Taneycomo is a cold water lake (the water comes from the bottom of Table Rock Lake, passing through the generators of the dam). Whether you're looking to relax by the pool or play a game or two of bingo, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

    Other things to note:
    -Pool open Memorial Day - Labor Day
    -The owner of Scotty's Trout Dock own's the dock on our property. Call them if you'd like to reserve a spot for your boat!
    -You're welcome to fish right off the dock behind the building.
    -Located just down the road from Camp Kanakuk and 5 minutes to downtown Branson.
    -No smoking of any kind in the condo or on the deck
    -No parties or pets
    -This condo is part of a new construction addition built in 2023. It was added onto the original Briarwood built in 2007. The elevator/stairs/pool were all part of the original 2007 construction.

Perfect rental in Branson

The rental was very spacious and the layout was perfect for our teens. The condo was immaculate and fully supplied to provide a comfortable stay. The location was great and the patio had amazing views. Would highly recommend and cannot wait to rent again.

Lake Weekend

We enjoyed the condo. Beautiful and comfortable, well equipped (coffee,trash bags,dishwasher detergent, etc), great views from deck, access to pool, dock for fishing, and close to everything yet just remote enough to relax. Condo was very clean and we will book again.

Comfortable, clean, and accessible

The property was just as pictured and described. It was clean, comfortable, offered great views, and was accessible using the elevator. Doors are wide enough for a walker and the step in shower was perfect for using a chair and suction grab bars. My family had a great time and would definitely stay again when in Branson.

Dance Mom Approved!

We had a fantastic 5-day stay at this VRBO! The condo was clean, comfortable, and located in a peaceful neighborhood with plenty of wildlife on the drive in. It was perfectly situated—just minutes from the convention center where our daughter competed at dance nationals, and close to great restaurants, antique stores, and charming downtown shops. The pool was a refreshing bonus, and the condo had everything we needed, including an icemaker, coffee, towels, and comfy bed/bedding. Communication with the host was outstanding, especially during a storm when we briefly lost power. Highly recommend this property—we’d absolutely stay again!
