Communication with the host was super easy and clear every step of the way. The house was full of everything needed for the eight adults and two children that stayed. The location of the Home was centrally located within Branson. It was easy to get to everywhere we were going to. The cleanliness of the house, especially the floors was really the main thing that stood out to me. The floors needed a good old cleaning/ mopping add some touchup maintenance and paint is needed.

This unit is a five bedroom and the living room has one small uncomfortable couch that might seat three skinny pp!! Then two chairs that are as uncomfortable as the couch!! We had to bring in the patio chairs and the patio coffee table to put our feet on just to be a little more comfortable and to have enough places to set on! We had a group of 7 ladies. Our group will not be staying here ever again! We go to Branson every year in November and this was our most disappointing stay ever!! Modern furniture that is NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL!!!! So if you want to stay in your bedrooms and not visit with each other this might work for you.

Property was nice - new, very comfortable. The only problem we had is that the steam from the upstairs shower causes the fire alarm to go off, and there is no way to turn it off without the fire department showing up. Per the fireman, this is a recurring problem.

Beautiful home

The property was very clean and well appointed. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath, which was really nice. The location is very convenient but the home is located right on a main street across from a mini golf course so it is a bit loud but other than that, it is perfect!

Great location!

We are frequent visitors to the Branson area and truly enjoyed our stay here. The house was easy to access and was very clean! Also, we enjoyed the well stocked kitchen! We would definitely recommend!

Few issues

The house was great, a great location and up to date. The main TV remote was missing and couldn’t get it to work, and the kitchen table wasn’t clean. Not a big deal but . . . . The fire alarms activated after everyone went to bed for no reason at all in the house (confirmed by FD who had to respond). That took about an hour to get everyone back to bed. Overall great place, small issues that kinda made it a slight head ache. We will return to the house if we have a big group again.

The lodge was amazing as it was new and very clean. Couple of things that need to be looked at were the walk in shower on main room floor.. The toilet seats were flimsy.
