Fairway Cove by Roaming Home Properties is a main level (No Stairs!) 1 bedroom condo. Nestled in the Fall Creek development sitting along Point Royale Golf course and close to the community fishing dock on Lake Taneycomo, Tucked away with it's peaceful views, yet close to all the entertainment and activities, our charming retreat is the ideal option for your memorable vacation experience.

Just a bit over 3 miles from Branson's bustling entertainment district, Moonshine Beach, Table Rock Dam, and more, Fairway Cove boasts a prime location with convenient access to lakes and hiking trails. For those passionate about entertainment, a plethora of theaters, live shows, and attractions like Silver Dollar City are just a stone's throw away. Dive into the charm of unique shops and boutiques, or indulge in delectable cuisine at local restaurants—Branson offers something special for every visitor.

Fairway Cove accommodates up to 4 people, with an ultra comfortable king bed, and a queen pull out sofa in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a delicious meal. Sit on the spacious patio and enjoy mature trees and views of the Golf Course. The coffee bar is stocked with an assortment of coffees and all the essentials needed for the first few mornings of your stay.

We welcome well-behaved dogs at a rate of $55 per dog per stay, with a maximum of two dogs per reservation. We will request a separate payment for the second dog. Additionally, we kindly request that you use kennels to house your dog when you are not present in the condo.

House Rules and Helpful Info:

-A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking.

-$200 security deposit hold is required.

-Check-in after 4pm, Check-out before 10am.

NO smoking- An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.

-Must be 25+ years old to book.

-Travel insurance is recommended, as no refunds can be given for weather/ illness or other items out of our control.

ITEMS PROVIDED:

-Linens and towels.

-Liquid hand soap and dish soap

-Initial supply of coffee (No one should have to go without coffee the first morning after traveling!)

-Initial supply of the following:

Dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. *You may need to buy extra depending on your group size and length of stay*

(A suggested packing list will be sent before your arrival)
