The ONLY issues we can report were a leaky walk-in shower, and a squeaky pocket door in the other bath. The place is GREAT and oh-so-homey. We had a lot of meals cooked-in while seeing the sights. Location, Location, Location…stayed in Branson numerous times and this is by far the easiest place to get to and from. Just off strip enough, easy access to alternate routes (yellow/blue) and back way in to SDC or over to Hollister.Amenities were perfect and as described, we did not access pool or clubhouse.

The apartment was clean and spacious. My only reason for a 4 star vs 5 star was based on communication. The entire check in process was easy and great. We made a mistake and left a bag in the apartment on check out. We didn’t realize until 12 hrs later when we were home. I spent 4 days texting back and forth trying to line out a time when we could get the bag. I understand there was someone else in the property so we could not get in during that time. However, it was known when the property became open again and a time could have been set to claim the item. It was very difficult and stressful to try and figure out a set time to be able to drive back to Missouri and get this item. The most frustrating part of all of this is that the cleaning people reported the bag when they came to clean right after we checked out and we were never notified. We were still in Missouri at this time and the entire issue could have been handled same day. I realize it’s completely on us for leaving a bag, however the communication to get the item was lengthy and stressful.

The kitchen was fully stocked and made preparing a lovely family holiday dinner very enjoyable. The lovely wooden table provided our family with space to all sit together, converse, and play games. It was close to Silver Dollar City where we spent the day.
