Comfortable & accomodating

We had a wonderful time staying in our 2 bedroom condo. It was spacious and clean. The beds were soft and comfortable and the place felt like home. Excellent experience! The Thousand Hills company were kind, professional and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend.

Not AT All As Expected

1) I paid full amount up front. Your add did not state anything about a fee for a dog. I called, as instructed, to state I was bringing a dog and again was not told about any fees. I was not told about a fee until check-in. No apologies given, just we need to do something about that. Really? 2) I was not given adequate information about the location of our unit. It took talking to 3 people before we could figure out where it was located. The agents I talked to seemed confused. 3) I twice requested help with our internet which was not working. Maintenance did not show up both times so we never had internet service. 4) There is a lot of black molding on the caulk around the bathtub. Not at all attractive. 5) The bedroom was missing closet doors in and there are large damaged areas on the living room walls. This did not in any way live up to my expectations nor was it worth the nearly $1,000 I paid for 3 nights lodging. Very disappointed.
