"First of all. Don’t judge this hotel by the pictures on Expedia. There is a reason there are not many. The building and facilities are not updated or well maintained. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel where quality matches price. This is the place for you. If you stay here-do not use the cheaper non refundable rate that is offered. I made that mistake. "We didn't eat breakfast so, I don't know about that. The room was small. The kids loved the pool. We were in a good location but, the lights from the attractions across parking lot lit up the room. It is not peaceful. The bed was very comfortable."

"The property was very clean . Checking in and out was simple and easy. It’s an older property but again very well taken care of. We didn’t use the outside pool, or fitness center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable for the time we stayed there. What was really nice was that it’s so close the the main strip."

"Location was great, staff are very helpful. Pool was great. Room was clean besides towels were dirty and hard. Room was a little dated and definitely not high end by ay means but for a quick little trip it was good. I really hope they get the stairs besides the office fixed, it's an eye sore and very inconvenient to have to walk all the way around. It is on a very steep hill."

"The Retro was a nice place to stay. The only thing I would change would be to have another trash can under the table and put down something in the bottom of the tub. The bottom of the tub was very slick when trying to shower. It would have been nice to have some fruit and protein for breakfast. We had to go buy breakfast to get anything healthy. Overall was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"We actually were moved to Ozark Valley Inn which they also own. Renee the manager was super. Good breakfast. Two complaints. They had great exercise equipment, but nobody must use it because it was full of cobwebs. And if you aren’t going to clean a room with a 3 night stay, provide more than one tiny waste basket or a place to empty it "

"Essentially, this is the perfect hotel minus air conditioning. Which unfortunately is probably the only thing that matters besides being clean. I've stayed here 3 times and the a/c basically keeps the room at 78°- 80° from 8am - 10pm no matter what. It makes the room humid and sticky and almost unbearable.
Everything is honestly well kept clean and perfect otherwise. The staff and management couldn't be better 10/10. But the owner operator needs to replace the a/c's they are 13 years old at...
