When you’re ready to venture away from the resort, you’ll find yourself within easy reach of this dynamic area’s most popular attractions. Your closest stop is the thrilling amusement park of Silver Dollar City where you can spend an entire day getting your adrenaline pumping. On your way to downtown Branson, you can hit several exciting stops of the Copperhead Mountain Coaster, Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, Titanic Museum, and Aquarium at the Boardwalk – and that’s just to name a few!



When you’re ready to relax and call it a day, the welcoming condo offers just the cozy atmosphere needed to refresh and recharge. - Bedroom #1 includes 2 full beds, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

- Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- Parking available for up to 2 vehicles in the attached lot – first come, first served.

- This is a walk down unit with 16 steps going down. No elevator available.

- Please note - there is no boat or trailer parking at this development.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are not responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.



Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to explore Table Rock Lake or nearby Table Rock State Park. Silver Dollar City, only 6 minutes away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme. And if you’re up for a round of golf, the gorgeous Point Royale Golf Course is less than 25 minutes away and the iconic Top of the Rock Golf Course is less than 40! The home is 25 minutes from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
