Private outside entrance. This condo is on the top floor with approximately 15 stair steps to the front door. Open free parking in front of the building.

The Neighborhood:
Indian Point is approximately 7 miles from the Branson Strip and is the home of Silver Dollar City, 3 marinas, 1 Corps of Engineers campground, a zipline and many other activities.  It is far enough away from Branson that you can enjoy the tranquility of the Ozark mountains but still be close enough to enjoy the shows and restaurants and other activities in Branson.

Please make sure it says Songbird CIRCLE. If it does not say CIRCLE, you may end up somewhere else. If there is a choice that says Reeds Spring, MO instead of Branson, MO -- that is OK to use.

DIRECTIONS FROM HARRISON, ARKANSAS and points south: Come North on US-65 to Branson. Exit at MO-76 West (formerly MO-465), the Ozark Mountain High Road; turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp. Take MO-76 West until the freeway ends, about 8 miles. Turn left at the light to continue West on MO-76. Follow signs for Silver Dollar City/Indian Point Road. Turn left onto Indian Point Road. Stay in the left lane; follow signs for Indian Point. Turn right onto Crow’s Nest Trail. Turn right onto Songbird Circle.

What a gem!

Overall we loved this property! Pros: what a gem! Clean and while others reported out of date, I think it was just fine and we were happy with it! Safe- I am a mom who was traveling with two daughters and we felt safe the whole time!!! It’s on table rock lake and it’s a short walk to a swimming area, perfect for those who don’t need a sandy beach. It’s pretty rocky, so bring your crocs or water shoes. The lake was our favorite part of this place, not near the amount of traffic of the pool, and it’s so beautiful, so don’t miss it! It is outside of the Branson chaos yet still close enough to hop right over. It’s also very close to SDC and a few other attractions! Cons: directions at the front desk were not great and we ended up on another property before finding ours but after that first hunt, we had it! Also, if you’re going during peek season and want to be in the pool, be prepared to have 2’ of space as there are a lot of condos and not nearly enough pools to sustain. We actually ended up skipping the pool all together as there was just so many trying to use it. Overall, great space and if we find ourselves back in Branson, we would absolutely stay here again!

Great location!

We enjoyed staying here for our Branson family vacay. It was secluded enough from the noise and traffic of the main strip and downtown but close to SDC and other places were only a 10-25min drive away. A few pain points were that the vacuum didn’t work, the pans were definitely in need of replacing and the clubhouse didn’t open until 930/10a (sucks if you wanted to workout early). But there were plenty of towels and supplies (laundry and dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc.). The deck was nice, although the trees covered the view of the lake which was a disappointment. Overall, happy with our stay!

Relaxing

My wife and I needed a quiet getaway. This was just what the dr. ordered. We sat on the deck and listened to the train whistle, roller coasters and exited people at Silver Dollar City. We could see the tops of the roller coasters in the distance. A walking path to the lake, and the pool were bonuses. At check in, we were greeted by the most friendly and helpful young lady. That was the beginning of our perfect stay. Very happy with our accommodations: Clean, comfortable and peaceful!

Beautiful location

The condo was about as expected from the listing. Great location, beautiful view and right by Silver Dollar City. Beds and couches were comfy, well equipped condo for all of our needs for a long weekend trip. The condo is a little outdated and the bathrooms weren’t the cleanest. Overall our family had a great time in this little condo, we would definitely come back.

Mini Getaway

The property looked exactly like the pictures! Gorgeous views off the deck. The screened in porch was perfect for all the rainy weather! The collection of games and movies for the kids kept them very entertained. We will definitely be returning! :)

Good property location but unit needs updates

We returned to this property at Indian Point due to its convenient location next to SDC and walkable access to the lake, and reasonable condo rental prices. We have stayed at this property on a previous visit but in a nicer unit. This unit, #6 in Building 3, is in dire need of some basic care and 21st century updates. The two toilets are very small and low to the ground, something you find in an elementary school bathroom. Toilets are fairly inexpensive to replace and would make a huge improvement for guests. The master bathroom shower has a constant drip and the toilet tank continuously refills. The green carpet and linoleum is very dated. Replacing with tile or vinyl/laminate plank flooring would make a nice and clean upgrade. The bath towels and guest bed sheets were both very rough and have seen lots of use. The view from the balcony was nice and we liked the electric fireplace feature. This condo unit could be a very nice retreat if the owners would invest in some updates. We will definitely inquire with Clear Lake Condo Rentals management office before booking at this property in the future.

Great place!

We very much enjoyed our stay and found the location of this condo to be great even though we didn’t go to SDC. The pool and splash pads were a hit with our little ones and fun for the adults too! There were things that could have been better but just a few. There was a decent amount of dust on the few decorations (kitchen windowsill, shelf above the master toilet). We also found the “Nest” thermostat to be frustrating. It was pretty warm the days we stayed and when we came back from being out and about the thermostat had gone up to 76degrees. It also wouldn’t let us turn down past a certain point but there were no instructions about that anywhere in the condo. Other than those couple things we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again!

Great location next to silver dollar city. Beautiful views. Has pools and splash pads. Does have lake access but not great for swimming with a toddler. Found a beach access about 6 min away. Great for the money. We will be back again.

Relaxing, safe, quiet but could be more welcoming

The property was clean and felt safe. It is a quiet area, which is nice. The walk from where we stayed to the water was a short little hike and was clean and beautiful. We liked that there was a mailbox to mail postcards and the little gift shop/store was great. We purchased a few things and enjoyed chatting with the woman who worked there. The condo itself, although I appreciated it very much, was outdated. Tips for the future I would suggest someone wash the windows, and at least get the cobwebs out of the kitchen window. The bathroom floor, even though it looked like it had been mopped, could have used a hands an knees washing. It has thick "dust" behind the toilet, probably the spot where a mop doesn't easily reach. The plastic trim around the tub had think dust/dirt on it. Also, a bathroom rug around a toilet seems quite unsanitary, unless, possibly it is in your own house and washed often. The rug being in a rental seems gross, because I doubt it is washed after every guest. The mattress on the main bed is very worn. My husband and I rolled toward the middle and it was lumpy and offered no support. After a couple of nights I tried sleeping on the couch, the window seat and eventually the last 2 nights on the floor. The day we checked in there were two women at the front desk. They said they were changing shifts. One woman was very nice and helpful the other was very unfriendly. We encountered the unfriendly woman again an evening we used the hot tub. We experienced her unfriendliness once again. She wasn't particularly mean or extremely rude, just not kind and welcoming. The hot tub/ pool area seemed clean. The bare cement walls around the hot tub are not particularly attractive, but other than that it seemed clean and in good condition. All in all we enjoyed our stay, although because of the unkind woman at the front desk we probably would not stay here again. There are so many choices to choose from we will continue to look for a more welcoming complex. Also, if we did stay we would need a place with a newer mattress. We had a lovely time visiting Branson and do plan to return. We enjoyed ourselves so much we are entertaining the idea of buying something in the area. Thank you for the safe, quiet and beautiful surroundings of your complex.

Wonderful view, quiet clean complex. Nice layout

The booking process was quick & easy. my VRBO request was handled directly with the onsite condo office staff. They are super professional, and are available 24/hrs during your stay (if needed). This top level unit (One Level of short stairway to walk up) has several quality upgrades. It’s decor is lakeside quaint- a bit taste specific-but exactly as pictured. Nice 2bdrm/2ba layout. VERY well stocked. Something helpful to know if you have little ones- one pool and the playground are easy short walk from the unit/far enough though no noise from it. This unit is also close to the nature walk for lake access. You could also drive a bit closer to the trail & park if needed. The lake was up about 11feet, but there is apparently a rocky beach too. We REALLY enjoyed the peaceful setting. Quiet hours are in place. We spent every morning & evening on the open deck or screened deck. Tree top Ozark Mountain View. The water is close, but blocked by trees. Beautiful sunsets! Great condo to stay at. We were quite happy with it & felt SUPER relaxed!
