Beautiful Condo on the 16th green! Dog friendly-with approval…Golf discounts!

  • Newly remodeled Master bath and bedroom… new walk-in shower, vanity, flooring, and painting… new master bed, flooring, and painting! Walk out on the back patio to this small creek with duck swimming down and the 16th green just on the other side! Very peaceful just setting on the patio with your morning coffee and watching the wildlife from deer, ducks or even a Marmot. Condo is nestled inside this gated community of Pointe Royale Golf Village. What a wonderful getaway with family and/or friends. This condo includes everything you will need with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, board games(in guest closet) and Cornhole game on the back patio. The community has a lot of amazing amenities which is just a small walk up the hill to. They include an indoor pool in the winter or big outdoor pool in the summer months and a nice hottub. Also Tennis, Pickleball and basketball courts and a Tiki bar to order pizza, snacks and drinks. Or just go inside for some great food at the grill. There is also an indoor fitness room you can use with your access key card. Pet must be approved by owner and if approved pet fee is $60. Also Pointe Royale doesn't allow boats on the property but there is a boat storage across the street...just call 417-239-3333.

Gorgeous condo, spotless, smelled great, fully stocked with everything you might need, quiet building, down 14 steps and then it walks out onto a clean back patio overlooking the golf course! Highly recommend - we’ll be back!

Our favorite place to stay in Branson. Close to all amenities. Super fast response from host. Easy check-in. My husband loves to sit out back on patio and watch the golfers. And if you have a dog nice side yard to take them out.

Relaxing

Whether your having coffee on your patio and watching the golfers, headed to Moonshine Beach or headed to the strip for all the action, this is the place to stay. Will definitely be back!

Comfortable stay

We were in town for dance Nationals. We had a lovely stay and this place was perfect for our family of 4 and our small dog. We saw ducks, geese, deer and felt right at home! The pool was wonderful, great location, zero issues.

Great communication from host prior to visit. Condo was well furnished and stocked with everything that we needed. Location was close to everything we wanted to visit. Would stay here again on a future visit.

We had an easy, comfortable stay. The location was great for things to do in Branson. The facility is nice. We used the indoor pool during a rainy day and it was easy to find and access. The host is very responsive, which is so appreciated!The kitchen was well stocked and the drip/kcup coffee marker was tip notch!There was an open grassy area right next to the condo we could walk our dog around. All around a great experience. I would stay here again.

Great Condo!

Had a great time staying at this condo over the weekend. Checking in was easy, and we had no issues with the property at all. Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the Branson area.

Short getaway

By far the best property we’ve stayed at, especially if you have a dog. We come to Branson at least twice a year. This was our favorite place. We’re even willing to change dates just to stay here

Very nice condo, very clean with comfortable beds. Loved sitting on the back porch watching the golfers at the 16th green. We had a little dog and could walk her around the corner of the building to a nice shady grassy area. We usually visit Branson once a year. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional stay

We have found the condo we will stay in everytime we come to Branson now. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures and was the perfect fit for our family of 4. Communication with the owner was very quick & easy as well.
