LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This is closest luxury resort to SDC, sits right on Table Rock Lake and is just minutes from the strip!
Here at Rega Stays, we welcome you to our trendy, newly remodeled WALK-IN condo in Branson, right next to SDC and sits on Table Rock Lake! With 2 bedrooms, including a king master with an en suite bathroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa bed, our spacious condo can sleep up to 6 guests, making it the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends. We even provide a pack-n-play for our littlest guests. Come relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury in our beautiful lakeside condo.

Step outside to our large private deck and enjoy stunning panoramic views of Table Rock Lake. Sip on your morning coffee while taking in the serene lake views or night cap with a glass of wine as you take in the serenity of the nature all around you.

The living room is great for lounging around after a day of exploring the area. You can relax on the comfortable couch while watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV or gather around the table for a board game competition with the kiddos. You'll also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo.

The full kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. You'll find modern appliances, plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils to serve your meals.

Rega Stays also has plenty of centrally located amenities for you to enjoy including a seasonal swimming pool and hot tub (typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day - please ask for exact dates), a sports court and a playground. The sports court is perfect for a friendly game of basketball, pickleball, shuffle board or tennis.

Or take a step into nature's playground and immerse yourself in the beauty of the great outdoors with a peaceful nature walk through the woods or a picturesque stroll down to the water's edge. We manage numerous single and sister properties (two condos next door to each other) within the resort, ranging from intimate spaces to sister condos that can sleep between 12-16 guests. With our portfolio of more than 20 condos at this resort, we can host very large groups, perfect for family reunions, church group or corporate retreats.

*Please note: Resort amenities are managed by the resort administration and their availability cannot be guaranteed by the host. Refunds can not be offered if the amenities are closed by the resort maintenance.

Very Clean

This was hands down the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed at, truly spotless and well cared for inside. I don’t usually write reviews about cleanliness, but this place deserves the praise. It made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay.The location was excellent, super close to Silver Dollar City, White Water, and the Branson Strip. Everything we wanted to do was just a short drive away.One of the main reasons I booked this condo was the beach access, which was great and lived up to expectations. However, I was a bit disappointed by the lake views. The listing mentioned lake views and showed photos of water visible from the deck, but in reality, the view was mostly blocked by trees. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did feel a little misleading.The exterior of the buildings was a bit run down, and the deck showed signs of wear, but neither of these things hindered our stay. The interior more than made up for it, and everything functioned as it should.Overall, I’d recommend this property for its exceptional cleanliness, convenient location, and beach access — just be aware that the lake views may not be quite what’s pictured.

Great spot. We wanted something close to Silver Dollar City and we couldn’t have chosen a better spot. Parking was easy. Place was clean. Host was GREAT with communication. Only “issue” (not really an issue) is the floors and walls are pretty thin. You can hear the people above walking a lot. But that’s expected with an apartment like that. It wasn’t a big deal and the people were pretty quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Cozy stay

The location of this property is amazing. It’s literally a two minute drive to Silver Dollar city! The walk through the forest to the lake was fun and adventurous. Be sure to be careful if you go right after it rains as it gets flooded overall Ashley‘s communication was amazing and was helpful with anything and everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again maybe the next time we make it back to Missouri. The only complaint that we had was the main bathroom it has these weird glass shower doors. Please remind your children to be very careful as they come off the tracks very easily.

Had everything!

The condo was very nice, comfortable beds, and plenty of starter items- TP, PT, trash bags, dish soap, washing pods, etc. Trash dumpsters were close by. It was very quiet around us. The deck is huge! Kids enjoyed basketball courts and pool. There was no place to fish or swim in the lake, but that was due to weeks of rain before our arrival which flooded the beach area and completely out of the control of owners (hoping for better luck if we come again). We got lots of bug bites and a few ticks before we discovered there was bug spray in the pantry, best to have it for walking the trails or sitting on the deck at night!

Ashley was wonderful with communication. The proximity to Silver dollar city was excellent! The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Only complaint was we did run out of hot water every day due to the size of the hot water heater. Other than that, we had a great time!

This property was exactly as advertised and the check in was amazingly efficient. It was a quiet time there and the setting was surrounded by trees and a view of the lake. Perfect place to relax when we wanted to, or go into Branson for all that it has to offer. Ashley was great to work with.

Awesome Place -- Would Stay Here Again!

From the minute we walked through the door, it felt like home! It was clean and decorated throughout with nice 3D artwork. We appreciated having coffee makers and enough coffee pods to last for our stay. Lots of storage space everywhere. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well-stocked. Comfortable bedding. Nice, hot showers. Clearly printed instructions for checking out procedure. Ashley was a pleasure to deal with, and she thought of everything you might need! Like I said, I would stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed at one of Ashley’s Condos. Will always rent with her. Condo is as shown in pictures. Clean and cozy. Had trouble with heating which was fixed by her HVAC person. My husband said the HVAC man was the nicest ever!

Fall Break

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We had a short trip dedicated to Silver Dollar City. This location was perfect! We were door to door in under 10 min. We had breakfast and dinner in the condo, and appreciated the kitchen supplies. I feel it is worth noting, despite the listing description, there is no lake view. I was disappointed to find we wouldn't be able to sit on the deck and enjoy the lake view as described. There are trees and large brush blocking the view. We really enjoyed not having to climb stairs, especially after two long days at SDC. The customized keypad for entry was a very nice perk. We didn't have time to enjoy the complex amenities. We will definitely be returning to the Branson area and wouldn't hesitate to book here again. The host went above and beyond with communication prior to our stay!
