Summary:
The Best location! This is a 2 bdrm 1 bath home located just minutes to the main strip. The spacious living room has a large smart TV for nights of relaxing on the couch. The kitchen has all the bells and whistles for cooking gourmet meals that you would possibly need. The master bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress and a smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress that will sure give you a restful nights sleep.

Welcome to our newest addition you are surely going to love! This home is only 2 blocks to the main strip which makes it walking distance to your favorite restaurants and shopping. If you work up an appetite try one of my favorite places to eat called Farm House. It's the place to be for breakfast. Get there early because it is a fav hotspot for everyone! 1 block to the free trolley! Just 5 blocks from the home is the famous Branson Landing where you can enjoy shopping, ziplining, bowling, tours up and down Lake Taneycomo or just relaxing on a scenic railway train ride. Our home has been furnished with everything you will need to make your stay cozy and comfortable. We spared no expense with our amenities. The kitchen is overstocked with anything you would need for a gourmet meal. We also have a keurig machine and a drip coffee maker with coffee, filters, kcups, sugars, etc... all provided for you. New Smart 43" TV's in the living room and master bedroom. Outside on the back deck is the perfect place to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee. We also have a barbeque grill for the nights you want to entertain. We pride ourselves in giving our guests a 5 star stay! We look forward to hosting you.

Quiet Neighborhood close to everything. Walk to Restaurants and the Landing. 2 Blocks from the main strip. 5 min to lake Taneycomo. 10 min to table rock lake.

Getting Around:
2 off street parking spaces. Extra on street parking. On the Brason Trolley route. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping!

Other Things to Note:
Close to the strip, Restaurants, Branson landing, this is a very walkable area. This house is also on the Branson free trolley route.

Didn’t appear clean, AC was not cooling well but those were not the reason I didn’t stay. Found bugs in the bed therefore I left the house. We were refused even a partial refund because I did not contact the host that night but I just wanted out and did not want to stay in any of their properties.

Great weekend stay

The is property and management were an absolute pleasure to work with. The home is perfectly nestled away from the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to walk to the historic downtown shops as well as the convention center, where we had an event, and to the landing for great shopping and entertainment. The house had enough space for my family of 5 and had all the amenities we needed for our extended weekend. The home is older but has been recently updated and looks great. Home has an awful mold/mildew/damp smell. Mildew visable in the AC unit. Communication was not possible through the Expedia app as this is a VRBO property. This house would likely be much better cared for if it were owned & occupied by a private individual rather than used as a vacation rental. The location is very nice if you want to spend time downtown and on the landing.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The description was just as listed. We loved that it was so quiet… Across the street from the library! 😉 this house had everything that we needed and more. The location was perfect! It was walking distance to downtown and the landing!

Great home with a perfect location.

Super clean with all the amenities anyone could ask for. The host was great, messaged us not long after we got in to make sure everything was good. My husband and I like to do weekend getaways and this was perfect for us! We will definitely be staying here again.

I would recommend anyone to rent this property it’s very clean and easy to get to. The strip is close by so we always had something to do. But over all the host made sure I was comfortable at all times and respond to any questions I had rapidly. 5 stars from me!

Nice place.

Nice, clean quiet home. Walking distance to the Landing. Would stay again. Beds were comfortable. Tip: if you stay during the summer, leave the bedroom doors open and use the fans provided to draw cool air into the bedrooms at night.
