**New Renovations** - Fresh paint, remodeled primary bath, new stainless steel appliances, mattresses, beds, and upgraded decor.

Get comfortable and unwind in this 3 king bedroom, 3 bathroom condo complete with everything you need for an amazing vacation. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the views from the comfortable screened-in patio overlooking the brook that flows down to the pond and fountain. Entertain with a fully equipped kitchen with dining table that sits 8 and bar seating for 4 more. Kid friendly with twin over twin bunk bed, a pack-n-play, "in-chair" high chair, and kids dinnerware so families can travel with less luggage. Relax in the spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and reclining leather couches. 2 additional twin air mattresses are available to accommodate larger groups.

Several amenities on site including Starbucks, 2 outdoor pools and a hot tub! Within a short distance of a first class golf course at Point Royale. Also a movie theater, a spa, and a café on the property for an added cost. We think you'll love the location as our condo is far enough from the strip to give you a peaceful retreat, but also close enough to all the action with just a few mile drive. 3 miles to the Branson strip, 9 miles to Silver Dollar City, 2.3 miles to the beautiful Moonshine Beach, 7 miles to Branson landing, 1.7 miles to the Runaway Mountain Coaster and close to everything you need for your memorable vacation.

Very good location we would stay here again. IMO the bed in the loft is harder than I like, my husband stayed on one of the beds in the bunk. Everything squeaks so there isn’t a stealthy midnight snack or early coffee on the deck without waking folks up. We stayed for 4 nights and would stay again.

The condo was very nice and met the description on the listing. The owners had a welcome tray with a few snacks, cocoa, and coffee waiting for us. That was a nice treat. We had a bad storm that knocked out the wifi and the owner was very helpful in helping us get it back on. We stay in condos often and were surprised at some of the basics that weren’t provided. There were no paper towels or Kleenex. There was no bathmat so we had to use a towel on the floor. We definitely could have used more trash bags. This may sound crazy but the toilet paper was so thin you could literally see through it. We enjoyed our stay but some of these small things were annoying.

This was better than expected! Large rooms each with a bathroom. Comfortable beds! We both have full size trucks and didnt have an issue finding parking the entire stay. The checkout instructions simple. Also was a perfect distance, everything we wanted to enjoy was within a 10 to 20min of the condo. Highly recommended

Our stay was wonderful. The check-in process was really easy and the one time we needed to reach out to the property owner they responded within minutes. The location was far enough away from the strip to not feel like you’re in the middle of everything but close enough to be near all the action. The one thing we did notice was there is no space for clothes storage in the loft bedroom, but that’s nothing that would truly impact our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

The place was perfect for us! I'm 70 with grown kids who came to Branson with me. The main area had good space for us sitting around standing around our just hanging out. Pools within walking distance. Starbucks within the activity center. Communication was great with the owners and myself. They answered very quickly! Loved the screened in porch for coffee in the morning. Can't think of one bad comment.

The location was great. It was easy to get to and from most attractions. Finding the condo was a bit confusing at first because of the numbers on the building versus the directions. I provided feedback and the team was quick to provide clearer directions for future travelers. The rooms and set up were good for our two families. The covered porch was a great spot for morning coffee. The pool was so nice. The kids loved it! It was great to have a Starbucks on site also. We had a few recommendations that would have made the stay better. After sharing that with the team, they were grateful for the feedback and went to fix these small things. Now that these fixes are in place, this will be an incredible place for other travelers. I highly recommend it.

Great family condi

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for our family which included our kids and grandparent. The location is close to the strip as well as Silver Dollar City. Would definitely recommend for families. Very easy checkin and checkout process and great communication from the owner.

Wonderful place to stay

This was a great place to stay for our family! My daughter even told me it was the best part of our whole vacation! Clean and beautifully decorated. We did run into a few issues with the upstairs bathroom, the toilet was away from the wall and wobbly, use it.

8 of us stayed comfortably for 6 days...super nice place withball sorts of things todo on the property!! Really nice place for family to stay. Communication with property manager was fast and really helpful with everything we needed for our stay! Will definitely go back!
