WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR USE OF HOT TUB:

Guests agree to exercise extreme caution and care while using the hot tub on the premises. Guests are responsible for any repair charges due to damage caused to the hot tub or the property as a result of their actions. It is mandatory for everyone using the hot tub to shower and clean their feet beforehand. No oils, bubble bath, soaps, liquids, or any other harmful materials are allowed in the hot tub. Glass products are strictly prohibited in and around the hot tub. Guests acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in using the hot tub and release the Host/property owner from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from hot tub usage, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage, regardless of negligence.

Guest Access:

We are a self check in property! You receive your door access code 24 hours prior to your check in time. Guests will have the entire home as well as access to the neighborhood amenities just down the street including an INDOOR POOL (The indoor pool is closed Jan. 8 - March 7), an OUTDOOR POOL (open seasonally), and a wonderful children's PLAYGROUND!
