"They were having a little hiccup with their computer system which slowed down the checking in. It happens. The entire premises was very clean and the security for getting in the doors and elevators made up for lack of any sort of refreshment/nourishment on site. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and the streetcar stop was close to the door. Very much worth it."

"It would have been a great stay if not for the painful self check in, internet issues and the elevator issues at check out. I’m still waiting for my deposit money back which I had been told would be refunded at check out. Being questioned about why I need internet when it’s one of the amenities included also had me puzzled. Internet being asked to look somewhere for a modem and the place they’re telling me to look clearly is not where the modem is also odd"
