In winter, the choice is yours: within 10 minutes, you can be at the Panoramabahn in Hollersbach and glide into the vast Kitzbühel & Kirchberg ski area, with over 200 kilometres of slopes. Looking for a cosier area? Then you can reach the Wildkogel Arena in 5 minutes – ideal for families and beginners. For some extra excitement, Bramberg has a 14 km long toboggan run, the longest in Europe!
In summer, enjoy the large terrace with views over the meadows and mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park. Visit the impressive Krimml Waterfalls or take a bike ride along the Tauern Cycle Path. Hikers and mountain bikers will find plenty of challenging routes in the countryside
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
