This four bedroom three and half bath 2531 square foot home has everything you need for the perfect lake vacation. It also boasts 2 master suites! As you enter the front door this level has the laundry room and the 1st master suite with a queen bed and twin bed. The 2nd level has 3 other bedrooms. There is a master suite with lake views, a king bed and ensuite with dual sinks and shower. Bedroom 2 on this level has a queen bed. Bedroom three has a queen and twin bunk beds. There is also another bathroom on this level for the 2 bedrooms to share. The upstairs is perfect to unwind, enjoy the views or spend quality time with your friends and family. There is a deck off the back of the home with a propane BBQ. Then there is the large front deck to have your favorite beverage or meal as you look at beautiful Lake Nacimiento. This level has a large kitchen, dining area, living space and game area with foosball table. The kitchen, has a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven and has pots, pans, glassware, dishes, and silverware for 11 people. This home has A/C/heat throughout Free WiFi, and Satellite TV. Come enjoy this spacious home with all that it has to offer.

We stayed for my husbands birthday & had the best time! Easy drive to the marina & plenty to do even at the house! Fun games, anything you could ever need in the kitchen & overall just a great set up! We will definitely be booking again in the future!

The house is promoted as having a boat slip. Lake levels have fallen & the slip is out of the water. We were informed of this just before our arrival & to park the boat on the street. The house has a fire hydrant in front w/"no parking" in front. The driveway is too steep for the boat. It created a hassle to launch/retrieve the boat twice a day. The HOA is very unaccommodating of renters & their vehicles/boats/trailers.

This a beautiful home and it had everything you would ever need from games, videos, dishwater etc. My family had a wonderful time. We did have some construction in the early morning hours that did wakes us up early, but stopped 3 days into our vacation, so all was good. Lake was realllllllly low so the boat slips were not able to be used all were out of water by end of stay, So just make sure the water levels have increased prior to staying. Overall family had a good time and enjoyed just spending time together.

Awesome views from all balconies of the lake. Very family friendly house. Easy, friendly and very responsive manager (Diane) . Would stay at house again.
