Newly renovated Lamoka Cove is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom lake front cottage with fantastic views of Lamoka Lake.

Lamoka Cove is situated on the scenic east side of Lamoka Lake nestled between Keuka Lake and Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes Region. This is a cozy year-round 3-bedroom, 2 full bath getaway w/deck as well as yard space, outdoor furniture, fire pit, dock, 4 kayaks w/paddles, and one canoe with paddles.

Large, level lake front lot perfect for sunbathing, yard games and cookouts. Property is situated on a quiet lane which is perfect for walking, biking and running.

Lamoka Cove is the perfect spring, summer, and fall retreat! This cottage is also great for vacationing during all seasons. Gas heat will keep you warm during your fall and winter stays. Come spend the Fall at our cottage and enjoy the colorful fall leaves while wine tasting at all the local wineries, sipping your favorite microbrew at the many area breweries, or just relaxing. Our cottage also offers great ice fishing just off our shoreline during the winter months.

INTERIOR LIVING SPACE includes fully equipped KITCHEN w/ dishes, flatware, glasses, cups, cooking & serving implements, pots & pans, toaster, blender, electric griddle, hand mixer, coffeemaker, microwave, electric oven/ range, refrigerator.

DINING area w/ table and chairs for six

LIVING area has cable TV, internet, a couch and love seat, chair, regional tourism information.

Bedrooms: Tenant provides their own linens (sheets, pillowcases and bath towels). Bedspreads, throw blankets, and pillows provided as well as hand towels in each bathroom.

MASTER BEDROOM - #1 King Bed, closet, dresser, full length mirror, nightstands, full master bath

Bedroom - #2 Queen bed, closet, full length mirror, nightstands, dresser, shared full bath

Bedroom - #3 Bunk Bed with a full mattress on bottom and single mattress on top, closet, full length mirror, nightstand, dresser and shared full bath.

Cottage comes with ceiling fan's (Master bedroom & kitchen), gas heating for use during inclement weather or winter/ fall seasons and Central AIR CONDITIONING during those warm spring and summer months.

EXTERIOR parking leading to a grassy yard. Comes with large deck/eating area and picnic table, gas grill, outdoor furniture, fire pit, DOCK for your boat or use of kayaks, and canoe. SORRY No Boat lift. Great fishing off the dock! Close proximity to the FINGER LAKES WINE TRAILS, Watkins Glen, Watkins Glen Raceway, Amish Windmill Shops, gorge hiking, golfing and plenty of tourist attractions.

Please find alternative arrangements if you have a family pet since our rental cannot accommodate them.

Beautiful cottage right on lake Lamoka. This place was spotless !! Hosts Ed and Robin were the best ! They helped us when we had problems with are Vrbo account and Robin gave great recommendations on things to do . I would highly recommend Sunrise,Sunset,Relax,Repeat Lamoka Cove .

This lovely home was the perfect place for our annual girls getaway. The four of us enjoyed relaxing on the comfortable furnishings or hanging out on the lakeside patio after a day of wine tastings, hiking, and shopping. I highly recommend a stay in this waterfront home. We loved that kayaks were available for our use and the owner made us feel very welcome and was super responsive, offering tips and recommendations for shopping.

We can’t say enough about our stay. The home was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The couches were comfy, the kitchen had everything you’d ever need, and of course the lake. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed kayaking and making s’mores around the fire pit. Ed and Robin were the absolute best hosts. Robin came over the day we arrived to give us a run down of things and to answer any question we may have. Their communication was great and since they live in on the lake, they were able to take care of things in a timely manner. The only thing that could have made this rental even better would have been not having to bring our own sheets, bath towels, and wash cloths. A small inconvenience considering what was supplied, for example the kayaks, which was a definite plus! If we ever return to the area, we will definitely stay here again.

This was our second summer renting from these wonderful, friendly and accommodating hosts! Cottage was extremely clean, with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable rooms. We spent much of the time kayaking, canoeing and enjoying time by the fire. We already booked for next summer!

Lake Get Away

The house and property were exactly the way it was described and how the pictures showed it. The hosts were very nice and responsive. The house is fairly close to Corning and Watkins Glenn and we spent days in both locations and spent time each night with a fire out back. Our kids have already started asking when we can go back.

Peaceful and friendly

Loved our stay at Lamoka Cove. The property is well kept, clean, and spacious! Ed and Robin offered information about the area, suggestions, and were nearby if needed. We had room to park our vehicle and boat trailer. There is a handy ramp very close to the property. We had fun fishing and boating on both Lamoka Lake and Waneta Lake. We enjoyed our visit so much that we are inviting our grandkids along next time!!

Enjoyed!

Ed and Robin were so friendly and attentive. Fixed the bedroom fan immediately. Place was super clean.Was a little disappointed to have to bring bath towels and bedding…but that worked out fine.It is a modular, however with the deck, fire pit, and lake made up for it!

This was our fourth year here. The kids had a great time fishing and playing in the lake. The location is great. Not far from Seneca or Keuka Lakes. We love having the kayaks to use. It’s always clean and comfortable when we come. It’s quickly become our favorite home away from home!

Perfect again

This was our second stay with Ed & Robin, and was just as wonderful as the first. The cabin is perfectly located on Lamoka Lake and within 15-20 minutes to dozens of wineries, Watkins Glen, Hammondsport, ane other attractions. Ed & Robin are most accomodating to their guests and take very good care of the property. We will be returning in the future.

Lovely Lamoka Lake Stay

The house location was beautiful. We loved waking up to the view of the lake. Super quiet and serene. Ed and Robin were wonderful hosts. Very communicative and helpful with local information and suggestions. They were ready to assist whenever needed. Unfortunately the weather kept us from taking advantage of their kayaks but they were all available for use. Wonderful stay!

Labor Day weekend getaway 2024

We had a great stay at Lamoka Cove! Ed and Robin are great hosts and very responsive. The cottage was well maintained, very clean and well appointed. The outdoor space was inviting and allowed for a weekend of relaxation. Our teenagers enjoyed going out on the lake in the kayaks and fishing off the dock. The only downside (and not terrible!) was travel time to get to some of the wineries around Keuka Lake- about 25-30 mins depending on location of the winery. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the cottage!

Great place! Recommend!

Ed and Robin were great hosts. This is my second time staying at one of their properties and I hope to do it again. Robin met us and showed us the way to the boat launch and came with us back to show us where to park the trailer. They were very quick to respond to all text messages. The house was great. It had everything we needed and it was clean and very comfortable. Lake was wonderful and not busy. I hope to come back again!

Amazing!!

This property did not disappoint! Exactly as pictured and listed. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock catching bluegill and kayaking during the day and we enjoyed the fire pit and sunsets in the evening. The central air was so nice with this hot weather. The owners were wonderful and responded quickly to any questions. We would recommend this property 10/10.

Sunsets are nice!!

Ed and Robin are the best hosts!! They live nearby and handle the property themselves. I really love that. The place was so clean and well stocked!!! The location was convenient. The sunsets were spectacular!! There are lots of wineries, breweries and a few distilleries nearby. Definitely would stay here again!!

We stay in a lot of VRBOs and this has to be one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in! The kitchen was well stocked and the deck and firepit area were both great. Kayaks & canoe were a great plus! The view was lovely and the hosts were so kind, responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Ed and Robin for sharing your wonderful place and your kindness!

Great stay as always! Always clean and ready to go for our family’s arrival. Robin and Ed are wonderful hosts who are there with whatever is needed including any recommendations. Fun, safe and relaxing. We will continue to return year after year!
