WATER SLIDE & POOL & HOT TUB ** Mermaid Vibes **

This cute home has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Beautiful heated pool & hot tub shared between 3 other vacation rentals. The house can sleep up to 9 guests comfortably 11 people if you utilize the air mattress (and some guests are children). 11 adults will not fit in this house. There is a king bed in the master with an on suite full bathroom. The second room has a king size bed & a queen pull out bed. The 3rd room has a full size bed & a single bed on top bunk bed. Please let me know if you are bringing a pet. There is a small fee and needs to be approved before stay. Any extra guests or unauthorized pets will be subject to an additional charges. Private fenced in backyard. You must sign a pool liability waiver if you stay with us, that relieves the homeowner of any responsibility of injuries or death that could occur on the property. Waiver must be completed 24 hours before your check in date and time. Owner reserves the right to not allow access, if this house rule is not followed.

Essentials are provided: Sheets for all beds, bathroom towels, pool/beach towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 pool of paper towels, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 laundry tablets, liquid dish soap, and 1 hand soap per bathroom.
