3 bedrooms, and 2 bath home only 5 miles from AMI beaches and is around the corner from the Bradenton Country Club. The backyard enclosed heated pool will keep the kids & adults entertained for hours. A child safe door alarm separates the pool & fully-covered patio lounge area. The fun doesn’t stop there! Inside the Florida room, there are games for the entire family! and, the garage has been converted into a fully equipped gym.



The details of the interior design were meant for photo-worthy moments – so definitely take photos while you’re here! When it comes to having a good time, we have everything you will need need.



Perfect for your family to enjoy, bachelorette/bachelor parties, or just a fun weekend away! Location is key, and this property is in the heart of everything that Bradenton/Sarasota has to offer, from shops, restaurants, and white sandy beaches.



Our stylish 3-Bedroom sun-filled rooms have been tastefully decorated with brand-new furniture in an all new modern chic style.



The 3 bedrooms are decorated very modern and chic!



The master bedroom comes with a comfortable king-Size bed as well as a generous walk-in closet and en-suite.



Bedroom number 2 comes with a queen size bed and ample storage.



The 3rd bedroom has twin beds with comfy mattresses.



Two full size bathrooms, this house has it all.



Upon walking in you will find a brand new kitchen, dining, living area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Please treat them as if they were your own and clean up after yourself. You will find dishes, glassware, pots, pans and flatware available for your stay as well as appliances and small conveniences.



There are no food items in the house. If you bring some in, please be sure to throw away all perishables before you check out. If perishables are unopened feel free to leave them and we will donate to a local food bank.



There are both trash and recycling bins beside the sink in the kitchen and extra bags are at the bottom of each bin or under the sink.



There is a heat and AC unit in the main living space and also the bedrooms. Please set a comfortable temperature for yourself and your guests.



There are TV remotes for the of the 4 smart TV`s (Netflix, YouTube, etc.).You are responsible for these remotes during your stay and there will be a $50 charge for each lost remote.



In the bathrooms you will find one extra toilet paper and towels as well as shampoo, conditioner, and soap.



Beach towels, chairs, and umbrella available in the home for your use.



For the babies, we have a pack and play.

In the backyard you’ll find a comfy hangout area, griddle and a HEATED pool!



All linens supplied which includes bedding, 1 set of towels (bath towel and washcloths) per guest. Also, Coffee and paper towels are provided.



Guests will have access to the entire house. There is a few doors marked as owners closets.



We live right down the street from the house so if you need anything please let us know. We respect your privacy on vacation but are always available if you need us.
