The main gathering space features a stunning floor-to-ceiling beach mural, open-concept kitchen, dining area, and views of the pool through large sliding glass doors. A second living room offers a large sectional sofa, oversized Smart TV, and direct access to the backyard.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a standard coffee maker, espresso machine, blender, and everything needed to prepare meals before a day at the beach or after a long day at the ballpark.

The backyard is where most guests spend the majority of their vacation.

Relax beneath the covered lanai, watch the game on the outdoor TV, cool off in the heated screened pool, or challenge friends and family on the putting green. As the sun begins to set, gather around the fire pit patio, fire up the propane grill, and enjoy an evening under the Florida sky.

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
