* Pool Heat: The pool is heated at no additional cost.

* Rental Agreement: We require all guests to sign our Rental Agreement and fill out a Check-In Form prior to arrival.

* Safety & Security: For your safety, the home is equipped with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. A Ring camera is located at the front door for security purposes.

* Noise Monitoring: A noise detector is installed inside the home. It does not record audio but will notify us if the sound level becomes loud enough to disturb our neighbors. We appreciate your cooperation.
