What a great escape! This 2 bedroom 2 bath town-home is fully furnished ready for your get away. Both bedrooms are located upstairs. Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed and a large walk in closet. Guest bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet. Living room has new furniture. The sliding doors open up the beautifully landscaped courtyard and fantastic swimming pool. Full Sized washer and dryer along with a work bench located inside the home.
It's just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island. Step out the front door and enjoy watching dolphins and manatee frolicking in the canal that runs to Palma Sola Bay. Conveniently located by shopping, beaches, restaurants, and nature hikes at Robinson
preserve. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, WIFI is included. 3 night minimum.
Boat dock also available for your stay!


Prices shown are based on 2 person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit.

Great Florida Winter

5 minute drive to the beach, close to the Robinson Preserve for walking, biking and kayaking. Grocery store close by. There is a canal out back and you can fish if you like! Going back next year!

Three stars

The unit was clean, although requires upgrades/remodeling. The screen door, mentioned in the previous review, is still broken, no working TV. The pool area would benefit from some attention as well. Not accommodating manager/owner. After we reserved, manager contacted us to verify that two adults and four kids are staying. However, when we got there, there were only four chairs at the table, that would be nice to add enough chairs for everybody to sit at the dinner together. We asked for beach umbrella because it was very sunny and hot, manager said she would look for it, but never got back to us about it. We still made best of it and enjoyed our stay.

Great Location...Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. It was located between our family in Bradenton and AMI beaches. The condo was clean and well stocked with all the amenities needed. Thanks, Agius’ Spring break 2021

Great location

My sister and I stayed here for 2 weeks. The location was ideal ,close to Anna Marie Island without the high rental cost. Neighbors and manager very friendly. Pool refreshing. My only criticism is it wasn't the cleanest place I've stayed in....but I'd book it again.

Very misrepresented

The property was dirty. Sliding glass door would not open as was the case with many of the windows. I would like my fee back from VRBO. $286. How do I do that?

Great location to Anna Maria island and the beaches. Lisa was great in helping with the problems that we had. Had an issue with the listing because it had said it had a king bed in one part and a queen in the other but from my understanding Lisa took care of that through vrbo. Had a nice time

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay, apart from the onset of the COVID-19 virus which really changed the last 2 weeks. We were there March 1-30. But luckily there were many nice places to walk and see wildlife nearby as the beaches were closed as were the restaurants and everything else. The condo was comfortable and we liked the low key smaller complex.

Great Christmas vacation

The townhouse was spacious and nicely decorated. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Close proximity to the beach. We loved the horses on the beach!

Perfect for our stay!

We were in town to visit my son. The location was great. We were halfway between his apartment and the beach. The condo was very clean and accommodating. I would stay here again!
