After a day at the beach, unwind in your private screened patio with TV and dual fans. Over .25 acres fenced in yard w/shaded fire pit. Outdoor lighting for entertaining! Enjoy the modern full kitchen, laundry facilities, comfy beds, clean bathrooms & provided beach towels. We hope you love this place!

Situated less than 5 miles from IMG Academy and Anna Marie Island and less than 2 miles from Robinson Preserve, DeSoto Park, and GT Bray Park, it's convenience at it's best!

Every room has a dedicated Roku TV with remote. Your dream vacation is our goal, so we have left some starter treats for you during your stay!

We have many games including a brand new corn hole set for you to enjoy during your stay along with some of our very own favorite recipes we are sure will make the stay fun!

Sleeping arrangements:

The Master bedroom has access to the back yard and a king bed. The back guest bedroom has a full bed that can sleep (2) kids or teens or average adults. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed.
The sofa has a pullout queen bed as well.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a mini waffle maker, quesadilla maker, toaster, blender, and full set of stainless pots and pans! We have full set of silverware and all baking and cooking utensils. We also have a counterop Brava oven for your use! We have full tupperware sets and plastic plates for use as well! We also just added a brand new 36" Blackstone griddle for amazing outdoor grilling!

If there is anything specific you'd like to request, please don't hesitate to ask us! The guest book will give you an idea of everything that is near you!

Guest access

Upon entry, you will have access to the entire home for the length of your stay. There is an owners closet and shed that does not have access, other than tha, please make yourself at home!

We have (4) adult/teen bicycles for your use and can be ridden all the way out to Anna Marie Island through Robinson Preserve! We also have beach chairs and beach activities for your use.

Just Opened! 8 foot by 16 foot massive brand new swim spa with cover and swim jets/back massage jets.
Swim spa is for guests use only. Spa hours are 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Please shower before you go into the swim spa. No tanning oils or lotions allowed it will stain the spa and throw the PH balance off. No diving, jumping, horseplay. No glass bottles or beverages near pool. No children allowed unsupervised.
