- May 1 – Oct 30: Heating available on request (at least 3 days in advance) for an additional fee
House Rules
(Violations may incur a $1,000 fee)
-No smoking indoors
- No pets
- No parties or events
- No loud outdoor music after 10 p.m.
- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
- Parking: 2 cars in the driveway; street parking available
- Use trivets—do not place hot pans or pots on quartz countertops
Pool Guidelines
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
- No glass containers near the pool
- No diving or running
- Swim at your own risk; owners are not responsible for accidents or injuries
We work hard to provide a safe, comfortable stay, but this is a privately owned home—guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

- Ring doorbell/camera at the front door
- Camera facing the front of the house and driveway
- Camera on the west side, facing the side gate
- Camera on the east side, facing the pool equipment
- No cameras are placed inside the home or facing the pool area.
