Lakewood National offers an impressive collection of resort-style amenities, including a grand clubhouse, fitness center, lagoon-style pool with poolside dining, full-service spa, tennis and pickleball courts, and championship golf. From the condo's private balcony, you can relax, enjoy the Florida sunshine, and take in the peaceful surroundings.

Inside, the condo features a bright and open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The spacious living area includes comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, making it an inviting place to unwind after a day exploring the area.

The dining area features seating for four, while additional seating at the kitchen island makes it easy to enjoy a quick breakfast or casual meal. The kitchen is equipped with wood cabinetry, granite countertops, a large island, and stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, dresser space, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and a dresser, while the second bathroom includes a vanity and shower/tub combination.

When you're ready to explore, Pearl in the Rough provides convenient access to Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast. Spend the day browsing local shops and restaurants, exploring Sarasota's arts and cultural attractions, or heading to one of the area's beaches. Siesta Key Beach is a popular choice for its famous white quartz sand, and the owners have provided beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella for guest use. St. Armands Circle also offers plenty of opportunities for shopping and dining.

There is even more to discover throughout Sarasota, including the Sarasota Opera, Sarasota Orchestra, ballet and theater performances, The Ringling, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, and waterfront activities. Furry friends are welcome! Up to two pets are permitted. A non-refundable pet fee applies and must be paid directly to the management company.

Your reservation may require completion of a Homeowners Association application that requests personal information. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.

Please note: If another guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, Lakewood National amenities may not become available until 2:00 PM the following day because of HOA processing requirements. This process is outside the control of Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals.

The Lakewood National Golf Club transfer fee is included in the final booking price and provides guests with access to the community's championship golf courses and resort amenities. Guests must complete and submit the required membership application before check-in.

Lakewood National features two Arnold Palmer-designed 18-hole courses, the Commander Course and Piper Course. Beyond golf, guests can enjoy the clubhouse, fitness center, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, lagoon-style pool, poolside dining, and full-service spa. The community has also hosted the LECOM Suncoast Classic on the Korn Ferry Tour.

House Rules: No smoking. No burning candles inside the lodging. No parties. Vehicles displaying commercial names, information, or advertising may not be parked in driveways or on community streets overnight.

The owner's mailbox is not available for guest use. Guests who need to receive mail during their stay should make arrangements with the local post office for a PO Box. Amazon packages should be directed to a nearby Amazon Locker location.
