The central location makes it the perfect option for those who want to be close to everything and do the most exploring! We are conveniently located 6 miles from Sarasota Airport and just 7 miles from beautiful Bradenton Beach!

We love Lady Palm for her outdoor spaces and garden vibes! This comfy little home packs a big punch with all the essentials to enjoy your vacation or extended stay.

This home is a duplex with two single family home structures. Lady Palm comes with her own driveway separated by Palm trees and all spaces associated with the home are private and for your enjoyment.

I love interacting with my guests! Travelers are my kind of people :) I'll give you privacy if preferred but if I'm on site tending to the garden I'll be sure to introduce myself and say hi! The street is quiet, residential and extremely safe! There are some commercial buildings at the start of the street as Cortez Blvd (one of the main streets in bradenton) is our intersection. Noise level is minimal, it's very peaceful at lady palm with everything at your fingertips!

You don't need a car but I'd say it's preferred! The airportis 6 miles from Lady Palm and the beautiful Bradenton beach is just a short 7 miles away.

This home is a duplex consisting of 2 single family structures. Lady Palm is incredibly private and the only time you may see your neighbor is when parking as the driveways are separated by some palm trees!

Please note the check in time is 5pm, however I will always send the check in as soon as the home is ready. Most times, I am able to send the check in around 3pm however It is never a guarantee. We will always try our best to get you in as early as possible.

Please note, if you are booking this stay for someone else you will be fully responsible for any damages, late check outs etc.

FRIENDLY REMINDER AND WARNING: If you bring an unauthorized pet to the property and it is not discussed or paid for prior to your arrival, there will be a fee of $300. The pet fee is to accommodate the extra cleaning associated with pets. If my cleaners arrive unprepared to clean up after your pet the $300 fee will get passed along to you. Honesty is our best policy. Please be honest with your fur babies. We are happy to accommodate them.

KIND REMINDER: You have booked a strictly NON REFUNDABLE stay. I encourage all guests to purchase travelers insurance if you think your travel plans could be interrupted by any unforeseeable circumstance.

Please note - there is NO smoking inside the home. There is a $500 fine at minimum for smoke remediation inside the home. There are dedicated smoking areas OUTSIDE where you can smoke if you'd like. If smoking inside is discovered during your stay, you will be removed from the property immediately with no refund. Please respect the home and property by smoking outside and disposing your cigarette butts outside as well. Thank you
