To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, smoking and drugs are not allowed inside the condo or on the lanai. Please enjoy smoking outdoors. A $250 deep cleaning fee will apply if smoke odor is detected. The person who made the reservation must be present for the entire stay, and substitutions are not allowed.

Shorewalk is a pet-free community, and boats, trailers, RVs, and jet skis are not permitted.

This condo is designed to be self-sufficient. We provide essentials to get you started on your first day, such as soap, toilet paper, and dishwasher detergent. Any additional items you need can be purchased locally.

The condo was beautiful, well kept and very clean. It was a very good experience, and we would be happy to stay here again! My sister and I come down twice a year, and always stay at the Shorewalk complex. This was one of our all time favorites!

Shorewalk is conveniently close to several airports, walking trails & beaches. It is within walking distance to Publix, multiple restaurants, & great shopping. The condo is beautifully maintained, very clean & the host is very responsive. Definitely one of my best VRBO experiences..

Perfect for Christmas Visit

Great two bedroom condo. Very clean and filled with bright sunshine. Master king bed was super comfy. All new appliances and comfortable furniture to watch TV. Added bonus was a nice desk and chair if you needed to do some work or to check your email while on vacation. Location is very convenient. We had a wonderful stay while visiting our grandchildren for Christmas. Thank you Daniel.

Great stay! Perfect for our family visit to Bradenton FL.

This condo had everything that we could ask for. Location was conveniently close to my father who we were visiting in Bradenton. Easy access to dining and shopping options in the area. The complex was very quiet during our stay. Beautiful pond with geese and ducks directly behind the unit. We enjoyed breakfast on the enclosed back patio each morning. Nice updated appliances in the kitchen. Laundry equipment in the unit was helpful. Just a great experience all around and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Pool Rules Ruined Stay

Potential renters beware! If you enjoy lounging in the pool as a part of your stay avoid this property. They don't allow any type of inflatable raft, tube, chair, etc. in the pool. And the 'pool patrol' did regular walk throughs to ask "How are WE doing today? Where are your passes? They must be on display." Also...if you use a walker or wheelchair this property IS NOT handicap accessible. The unit itself was fine. Nice kitchen appliances, adequate dishes, etc. Unit was clean and comfortable.

Full of Sunshine

I loved that it is a corner unit, in a very quiet, centrally located area. When you first open the door, you are greeted with so much natural light, which gives you a welcoming feeling right from the start. The unit is spacious and very clean. The host Daniel replies immediately to any concerns. I will definitely book this place again when I am in the area.

Quiet time before daughter’s wedding.

Very clean comfortable place, great master bed. Didn’t try others. Master bath with walk in shower very nice. Location relative to AMI and Bradenton great. Location from pool, for me who’s handicap, too far. I got some exercise going to pool, not all bad. Location was quiet and enjoyed watching ducks, geese and other birds. Able to open doors for fresh morning air. Did not interact with property manager, was in contact with property owner who was very responsive. Could have used more information about property earlier but understand policy. Getting information two day’s before means I am looking at everything owner sent me on my phone. Unable to print anything to bring along. Got it figured out. Had a very nice stay.

We stayed juat short of a week. This rental had everything we needed for our short vacation. Communication with the host was great. The amenities were great. My kids loved the heated pools! Will definitely look yo stay here again.
