Step inside this charismatic 3BD/2BA mid-century modern home; the perfect home base for your Florida retreat. The family-friendly home is in the heart of Bradenton, right around the corner from grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and bars & only 5 miles from Anna Maria Island. After a day exploring the nearby parks & beaches, come back to the house and enjoy the pool, hot tub, firepit, covered patio & tropical backyard. We cannot wait to welcome you to paradise!

Inside the home a spacious living area awaits! Gather on the large sectional sofa in the living room to watch a movie on the smart TV, or play one of the many board games available. Feeling like some alone time? Pick out a book of choice from the entertainment center to curl up & read for a little while.



Behind the living space, take advantage of the full bar set up to mix a delicious cocktail. Then snap a photo from the indoor wicker swinging chair or one of the bean bag chairs.



If you’d like to add to the fun ambiance of the home, play a tune on the grand piano located adjacent to the sitting area which is complete with lots of greenery, a lounging chair & an oversized bean bag chair.



Whether you decide to order food in, try one of the amazing local restaurants, or prepare a delicious meal at home, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need. It is fully equipped with a fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker & dishwasher for easy cleanup! All cookware, bakeware, utensils, plates, & glassware are supplied as well.



When you are ready to sit down with your meal, there is plenty of seating with 4 barstools at the peninsula island or the dining room table. Don’t worry about missing a favorite show or game at mealtime because the dining room has an additional mounted smart TV!



OUTDOOR AMENITIES:



The backyard offers a sanctuary for the whole family! If you are not out exploring the beaches, parks & surrounding areas, completely relax in this tropical paradise. Hop in the pool or decompress in the in-ground hot tub. (*Please note that because it is in the ground it does take up to 45 minutes to completely heat up.)



NEWLY ADDED!  A beautiful, free-standing, (adults only please)  spa/hot tub.  Nestled in a gazebo enclosure, this newly added space offers peace and tranquility.



There are even plenty of outdoor games to enjoy with family or friends, including croquet, cornhole, lawn darts, and a soccer net with a ball.



In the mornings, pick a spot on the covered patio at the bistro table or outdoor living area as you sip a cup of coffee. In the evenings enjoy a meal al fresco at the outdoor dining table or sip a beverage of choice while gathered around the fire pit!



And if you would like to make cooking easy, make sure to grill something delicious out of the BBQ. Don’t forget to snap another perfect photo in the outdoor floating chair on the patio with the tropical yard in the background.



The property does have 4 separate rentals available, if your group has not reserved all 4 units, please note that the backyard is a communal space.



BEDROOMS:



The lovely Bradenton home sleeps up to 9 guests with 7 beds & 3 bedrooms total.



Bedroom 1: King Bed with private ensuite



Bedroom 2: Queen Bed & a Twin over Twin bunk bed with a Twin Trundle



Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Beds



The primary bedroom offers a private sanctuary with a hotel-quality mattress, high-end linens & fluffy pillows to ensure a delightful night’s sleep. Unwind at the end of the night with your own private smart TV, unpack with the added storage space, & enjoy plenty of room to get ready with your own private full-sized bathroom with a stand-up shower.



There is lots of room throughout the home in the other bedrooms affording each person their own cozy bed! Both guest bedrooms are also complete with luxurious mattresses, high-quality linens & cozy pillows to ensure a restful night’s sleep during your time here. The second shared bathroom features a shower/tub combo.



A washer & dryer are available to use in the garage during your stay if needed.



Guest access



You will have access to the whole home via keyless entry.  A simple code will be provided prior to your arrival. The full property has 4 total rentals available & the backyard (including the pool, hot tub, BBQ area, & firepit) are all shared areas with all rentals.

No pets are allowed



Parties & events are not permitted



The house is non-smoking



There are 4 rentals on the property that all share the backyard area including the pool, hot tub, fire pit, & BBQ area. Perfect for making some friends & meeting fellow travelers.



The washer and dryer are not available between 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. to allow our cleaning team to prepare for guests' arrival.



Security Cameras are on the outside of the house and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view to inside the home.



Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high. They do not record conversation.



Important Note:



Guest gives permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation.  Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the whole home via a lockbox with key. A simple code will be provided prior to your arrival. The full property has 4 total rentals available & the backyard (including the pool, hot tub, BBQ area, & firepit) are all shared areas with all rentals.

The family-friendly home is in a conveniently located neighborhood in the Palma Sola area just 5 miles from all that Anna Maria Island has to offer from its beaches to its sunsets. You will be right around the corner from grocery stores, several restaurants, coffee shops & more! The greater area will be right at your fingertips making this the perfect home base for your Floridian adventures no matter what excites you!
