Perico Bay Club enthusiasts will LOVE this bright and cheery two bedroom/two bath ground floor unit just filled with the comforts of home and a Florida beach flair.

A secure, gated community, Perico Bay Club is located just across the bridge from Anna Maria Island, and offers easy access to the island's gorgeous Gulf of Mexico beaches, as well as miles of trails winding through Robinson Preserve in the other direction. The community itself is the perfect picture of Florida living, complete with beautifully landscaped grounds and waterfront vistas. Amenities include tennis, shuffleboard, a clubhouse with exercise room and lots of activities, boardwalks, and pools with spas dotting the landscape. If you're so inclined, you'll find loads of opportunities to meet new friends as you take advantage of everything this community has to offer.

When you're not outside enjoying your surroundings, you'll love the spacious, open feel of this unit. The living area has been extended by enclosing the patio, allowing for beautiful views from most rooms. A generously-proportioned kitchen is flanked by an office area on one end, and the dining area on the other. Separated by the living area, bedrooms are nestled on either end of the unit. The master bedroom with en suite bath overlooks the lake, while the second bedroom and bath are tucked at the back for extra privacy.

Sleeps four people in one queen and two twin beds. A minimum stay of one month is required. Please ask about multi-month discounts.

You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. The maximum permissible noise level is 65 decibels (e. g. , a normal conversation) between the hours of 7:00 A. M. and 10:00 P. M. , and 50 decibels (quiet conversation) between the hours of 10:00 P. M. and 7:00 A. M. of the next day. No excessive boisterous, or repetitive noise (e. g. , shouting, yelling, screaming) is permitted. These noises can deprive neighboring persons of peaceful enjoyment of their property. A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation. Noise is measured at the property line of the property generating the noise.
