"Place is great and clean. Love how smooth everything was. Jenny is easy to communicate as well"

"5 Stars: This cozy studio was exactly what we were looking for. Alexander was pleasant and friendly, the check in/check out process was easy. The location was fabulous- perhaps slightly too far to walk to St.Armand’s , but a quick ride on the rentable VEO bikes/scooters. The accommodations were clean, and beachy. We did not have an opportunity to use the pool, so I do have any objective comments for the pool. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay here again!"

"Good value for the cost. Close to beach. Quiet"

"Everything was perfect. The house is perfect for families. It has all you need to enjoy a perfect vacation. I am sure that we'll back. "

"Great location! Perfect spot to park your car the day you arrive and not use it until you leave. Beach access is across the street and it was a nice walk to and from Siesta Key Village. Clean property, spacious, and easy process. I was worried about parking but it wasn’t an issue. Had two spots and it fit two SUVS."

"It was a beautiful property. Small but appropriate fenced area for our dog. Pool was nice. Host was friendly and available lf we needed her. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"The “TikiHut” was a cute 1 bedroom with everything we needed, including a great screened-in-porch to relax. We hung out at the pool, used the outdoor grill and seating, were able to wash clothes as needed, and there were kayaks available too. It was easy to get around by the Breeze free trolley. The hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive. We loved our stay here!"

"This trip was very much needed. Kristen made it welcome and lovely . Kids loved the pool and the smores we had were to die for "

"Nice location and close to the beach"

"I have never written a negative review in the dozens of vacation rentals we have stayed. But i could not let this go. Upon arrival the refrigerator was unplugged. contacted the host and she said a new 1 was supposed to be delivered earlier. i replied why was i not told as it takes hours for cool down for foods to be safe. I waited 2 1/2 hours for delivery. No ice maker or ice trays in new frig. the door code was broke, only 1 key. Front door very hard to open even delivery men had trouble. paint...
