    This bright and coastal-inspired ground-floor condo comfortably sleeps up to four, with a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom and a full-sized pullout sofa in the living area. The sparkling eat-in kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, essential pantry items, and all the cookware and dishes you need to prepare meals at home.
    We’ve stocked Villa 2 with everything you need for a no-fuss beach vacation—plush Turkish beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are all provided for your convenience. Fire up the propane grill in the backyard for a sunset barbecue, then unwind with an evening swim in the semi-private heated pool, exclusive to guests of Villas by the Sea.
    Step outside and let island life take over. From breathtaking sunsets that paint the sky in brilliant color, to dolphin-watching cruises, paddleboarding adventures, and fishing charters, Anna Maria Island is full of unforgettable experiences. Prefer to keep it simple? Spend the day beachcombing, riding bikes along the coast, or savoring fresh seafood from one of the island’s iconic eateries.
    Located just two blocks from the Historic Bridge Street district, Hip Nautic puts you close to fantastic dining, shopping, and local entertainment—while still giving you a peaceful place to call home.
    Additional Info:
    Villa 2 includes one dedicated parking space at the front of the property and private rear access to the shared pool area.
    Your total includes all applicable taxes, cleaning fees, and a damage waiver that covers up to $1,500 in accidental damage (when reported prior to checkout), eliminating the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had the most amazing few days here. The property is super close to everything and one block from the beach. It is clean and has everything you need. We will definitely be looking into staying here again only this time we will take a longer trip!

Perfect location! Just all around wonderful we stayed with our 6 year old and 2 year old and the pool at night was perfect or when the winter old napped and walkable to anything you need! Beautiful unit and wonderful host!

My husband and I stayed here for five nights. We loved everything about it! The place is clean, well-organized, and neatly decorated! The convenience of being steps from the beach and shops made our experience one we will never forget. Karen was very sweet and provided us with a binder of recommendations on the island. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Also, the pool was right outside our back door and was never crowded. We plan to return and stay again in the future!

The place was ADORABLE and well set up with supplies. Bed was quite comfortable and shower terrific water pressure too. Location couldn’t have been better. Minutes from beach, restaurants and entertaining bars and crowds, but set on a quiet street away from Gulf Boulevard traffic.

Location! Location! Location! Walk out the door, go straight one block and arrive at the beach. Walk out the door, turn left, walk one block and arrive at downtown historic bridge street. The unit was just as described. Very cute and cozy. I loved that there was a door off the bedroom right out to the pool deck where I had my coffee each morning. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose this property again.Karen was a great host!
