Room was not clean, had to wait for cleaning lady, there were people in our room when we arrived. No beach view. We were told the room was ready. There was people in our room. The booking agency had us deal with the people that were not supposed to be in there. The didnt send anyone out to deal with the situation. Only talked to a supervisor through another person.

Had the most amazing time with our friends. We had Thanksgiving on the patio. Perfect weather and went to the mangroves, golf cart, all the paddle boarding we could handle. The house was great and the host so responsive, the internet and tv went down and they had it back up in a few hours so we didn’t miss any of the football games. Bed is really firm if you like a firm bed. We would come to this house again.
Our friends stayed nearby houses but we all came here to eat for thanksgiving.

Had a great stay. This was our second stay on this part of the island, just love it. Beach access was as simple as crossing the street. House was great, plenty of room for our family of 5.

The place had obviously just been cleaned. Unfortunately their vacuum isn’t picking up all the sand and the floors were a bit sandy.The telescope had no filters and was not usable.All the appliances worked well. Plenty of hot water and air conditioning. Another person commented the one air conditioner cannot get plugged in but we didn’t need that room.Overall the beach was across the street and beautiful white sand. Plenty of beach chairs and a wagon to pull them in. We expect to come again.

The place was clean, but had extra rooms that were build-out porches with funky air conditioners to give the property extra square footage. One of the air conditioners strategically had a power cord that was too short to plug into the wall. Unless you bring your own extension cord, you can’t use it. It was in a great location, but they wouldn’t let us into the property one minute before 4 PM and had cleaning people waiting at our door the next morning at exactly 10 AM to make sure we were out.

Family stay

The 4 stars is because the spiral staircase to the third bedroom is in the way of everyone’s head. My husband who is 5’10” hit his head twice on it and my 5’1” daughter hit her head on it after coming down the stairs. The staircase needs to be padded or roped off.
